𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗲, 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆, 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵! 🕊️❤️

On this blessed 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, during the Third Mass celebration, our parish joyfully witnessed the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀, both those newly called and those continuing their faithful ministry in service to God and His people.

Today is a beautiful reminder that the 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 continues to call hearts to serve. Like the Apostles empowered at Pentecost, our servers respond with generosity, dedication, and love, becoming living instruments of Christ in our community.

In his homily, our Parish Priest, 𝘍𝘳. 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘪, 𝘊𝘔, reminded all church servers and leaders of a vital truth: service is not only about fulfilling duties, but also about constantly purifying our hearts and intentions. We are called to examine ourselves, remove pride and selfishness, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide every action, decision, and ministry entrusted to us. For true service begins not at the altar or in leadership positions, but within hearts fully surrendered to God.

As we celebrate the birth of the Church through the coming of the Holy Spirit, we also celebrate the gift of service and vocation among our youth and parish workers. May the Spirit continue to guide, strengthen, and inspire them as they faithfully answer God’s call.

Congratulations to all our commissioned and recommitted servers! May your service at the altar and within the Church always be rooted in faith, humility, and love.

‎On this occasion when we remember the coming of the Holy Spirit, we are together as a unified Church body to witness the Installation and Renewal of all our members in their various ministries.
‎
‎In this holy gathering, let us be mindful that while ministry may come as an obligation, it should really be viewed more as a call to serve humbly, passionately, and with outmost love. As the flame of the Holy Spirit fills us, may every servant become an instrument of unity and hope.
‎
‎Come, Holy Spirit, guide us as we continue our mission of service for God and His people.

Last night's community visit and rollout brought us to Amansabina and Buenlag — a meaningful day of meeting new people, building connections, and growing together in faith and service.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 | 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Today, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ. While this feast marks the conclusion of Christ’s visible, earthly ministry, it is far from a moment of departure or abandonment. Rather, the Ascension represents a profound transformation in how Christ relates to humanity.

By ascending to the right hand of the Father, Christ transcended the physical and historical limitations of time and space. He did not distance Himself from the world; instead, He entered a new mode of presence. Through the sending of the Holy Spirit, His mission shifted from being localized in Judea to being universally accessible dwelling within the hearts of believers everywhere.

The Ascension is a divine commission. Christ withdrew His physical presence so that His followers, empowered by the Spirit, could become His hands, feet, and voice in the world today. It is a reminder that the work of the Gospel is now entrusted to us.

We join the community today in prayer, reflection, and worship at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, as we honor this glorious mystery.

𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 | 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Yesterday’s Area Mass at the Maningding Compound reminded us through the life of Saint Matthias that God does not only call the qualified — He chooses those willing to serve faithfully.
