A truthful declaration. Not all who know Jesus will be saved. Because if we truly believe in Him, we will be able to discern His will. We won't know what He'll do unless we have a close relationship with Him. It is not enough to just know Him, but we have to be intimate with our Savior. In that way, we will get to know Him more. God is love. Yes. But, by taking heed to His Words, we will experience more than just love. We have His peace, His joy, His grace and much more than that.

Death is a topic that many of us avoid discussing because we are afraid of losing someone we love or dying. But we can't deny that nothing in this world is permanent, including ourselves as so-called Earth sojourners. But there is one death that has given us life, and that is the death on the cross of our Lord, Jesus Christ. He died for us so that we could have eternal life. Physically, we may die and perish, but spiritually, we have eternal life in Him. We will no longer fear death if we have Jesus in our lives and believe that one day we will be with Him.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 ❣️

To desire, means something is to hope for. All Christians should share one thing in common: their faith in the coming Day. Living a Christian life is comparable to running a race in which we seek to reach the finish line. But, just like a race, it will not be simple. There will be stumbling blocks on the way. A racer who relies on Jesus, on the other hand, will not be the same. A person who is dependent on Jesus places his trust in His goodness and faithfulness. We haven't seen the end yet, but we have faith and hope that we will soon be with Him ~ in His kingdom. Thus, encouraging you, brethren, to make yourself near to Jesus. For all things in this world will pass away, nothing in this world we can bring to death, but in Him we have life. Colossians 3:2 says, Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

It's all about survival for us here on Earth. We have the "necessities" for survival. We need habitat to offer us shade. We require clothing to protect us from the weather. To satisfy our appetite and quench our thirst, we require food and drink. However, our holistic need includes not just the bodily but also other parts such as our spirit.Christians live day to day, not only fueling their bodies with food, but also their spirits with spiritual food. In Matthew 4:4, Jesus reminds us that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from God's mouth, which is the Word of God. Every Christian should have a hunger for God's Word. Why?First, to grow. We're like seedlings who won't grow without rain or sunlight. The same is true when it comes to feeding our spirits with God's Word. We increase our understanding of God and our faith in Him. Second, for the strengthening. If a warrior does not understand his weapon, he will lose every battle.Finally, because we love Him. Because we love Him, we give Him honor and worship. We want to learn more about Him because we adore Him. Not compromising our time with Him because we love Him. We love Him because He first loved us.

Nowadays, there are many problems that surrounds us. We we can't hide the fact that we may feel anxious about the happenings. But , we should not let worries and anxieties dominate our minds.Instead, let the Word of God fill every sections of our lives. In John 14:1. We were reminded by Jesus that if your hearts are in trouble. We should not worry but to set or trust and faith in Him. Thus, we should know the ways how to strengthen our faith.

1. The Word of God

- spending time reading the Word of God fills our minds with and it means that worries or anxieties has no room anymore therefore meditating on the Word of God day and night is important in our daily lives.

Joshua 1:9, This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success

2. Prayer life

- Prayers are our weapon against the enemies. In the old testament, they have won the battles not by their swords only, but they have knelt down and pray. Praying in not an option if only we need Jesus, but in all times we ought to pray and never lose heart.

Luke 18:1, Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,

1Thessalonians 5:17-18, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

3. Edification

- There is no such thing as an alone Christian. A true Christian should have a consistent fellowship with their brothers and sisters in Christ to edify one another especially during trial times. "Set your life on fire. See those who fan your flames."

-1Thessonians 5:11, Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

Faith, according to Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. A true faithful Christian, would never doubt Jesus, instead, he believes that Jesus is the God of impossibilities. Have faith in Him and seek Him first and everything will follow and our battles will be victories in Him.

We learn from the Bible that God always hears our prayers and answers them if they are in accordance with His will. When we pray for something, we often want it to happen instantly. But that isn't God's way of doing things. God always has a purpose for everything and why there are some prayers that are not answered yet.
First, our intention. Is it something we desire to do to help us develop in faith or just for own pleasure? It is something that would hinder us from God; let us reconsider whether it is still in God's will.

The second factor is our perseverance. As Christians, we already know that praying is an important aspect of our everyday lives. Prayers are how we communicate with God. Many battles in the Bible were won through prayer. If there is something we want from God, we should be persistent and never lose hope praying and hoping that He would keep His promises and He has already great plans in our lives.

Finally, our commitment. We pray not only because we need something from God, but also because prayer is our way of showing God how much we adore Him. We have made a commitment to establish a relationship with Him, therefore we should continue to trust Him, honor Him, and offer Him only worthy praises and worship even there are still things that we cry to Him and patiently waiting that they will be answered in His time.
