Hello, guys this is Ate Licah ! 🙂 just want to share my Devo for today (July 7, 2020)

Scripture:
*Ps. 91:
14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”

Topic/Title:
* Love and Acknowledge the Lord

Reflection:
- Yes, love ta ni Lord but we also have to acknowledge Him in our lives
- God knows that we will call on to Him so never doubt that He is listening to you
- remember His promise that in times of troubles, He will deliver us
- only in God we can be satisfied

Application:
- start each prayer with an acknowledgement of who God is and who He is in my life
- always remember God's promises to u

Prayer:
* Lord, thank u for another day u have given to me, I acknowledge ur goodness and faithfulness in my life. Your love is more than enough and your promises are true so help me to always trust and rely on you.

Today, my friends and I went to buy groceries for 8 families in our lifegroups who badly need it. As an INFJ, I felt the energy from the people surrounding me: fear, panic and anxieties were evident. People were lining up in and out of grocery stores just to get their supplies before the city will declare lockdown (just in case). We went to Carbon Market and there I saw a vendor, an old woman, crying because of money - this broke my heart. 💔

Now is the time to not only say LOVE OTHERS or have PUSO for them but now is the time to MODEL and DEMONSTRATE the LOVE that we are always preaching about — the love of Christ.

People need your prayers, and people need to see that you care before you can effectively share.

Find someone today who is hurting and offer your prayers.
Find someone today who is in need and meet that need.

We are in a time where there are endless opportunities to be generous and to live the love we are always preaching about. Do not let this opportunity pass! Touch lives! Love them! Care for them!

And if you too have been a recipient of that CARE and LOVE I am talking about, don’t forget to pay it forward in your own simple ways.
