Serving in ministry is a beautiful calling, but it can also come with moments of exhaustion, pressure, and struggles that we quietly carry. This is a reminder that even those who serve need rest, support, and a safe space to be heard. 🙏

Come and join us for a meaningful General Membership Teaching as we talk about Mental Health in the Ministry—learning how we can care for ourselves, support one another, and continue serving with a healthy heart and mind.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻—𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Last July 24, we gathered at Holy Family Parish–Kapitolyo for our Live Catholic Assembly, “𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳,” with Bro. Jefferson Concepcion. We were reminded that each of us is called to actively participate in the life and mission of the Church by sharing our gifts, creating space for others, and becoming joyful witnesses of Christ’s love—beginning with our families and communities.

May we continue walking together in faith, helping one another grow closer to Christ and toward our shared goal of becoming saints.
