The Leadtakers Ignite Conference was successfully conducted last May 1 at the JLYCC Olongapo Church, with Leaders from Regions 1, 3 & CAR attending. It aimed to ignite and mobilize JLY Satellite Leaders by casting the LT’s Vision, Mission & Blueprint, and help equipping them to establish and strengthen LT groups in their respective satellite churches. Bishop Rey Pe Benito encouraged everyone to pursue excellence so we can be influental, and make an impact on others and share the Gospel to them.
The LT Council then presented the LT Network’s Vision, Mission and Blueprint, reinforcing Leadtakers as a JLYCC Ministry, a call to reach the Seven Mountains of Influence, and a Lifestyle; anchored on the L.I.F.E. pillars: loving deeply, walking in faith, leading with excellence, and increasing in influence to fulfill the Great Commission.
In the afternoon, breakout sessions for Youth, ProWorx (Professionals, Working Class & Adults), and D8:18 (Businessmen & Giving) Ministries enabled focused engagement. Leadtakers from the JLY Main Church shared best practices for building and strengthening LT groups. The conference culminated in the Connect Fellowship, where Pastor Joy Pe Benito preached “The Pathways to Prosperity & Good Success”.
It is our hope that this gathering will ignite Leadtakers in our JLY churches to be an extension of God’s love - creating a welcoming, multi-generational environment where people grow together in love, faith, excellence, and influence as we fulfill the Great Commission.
