I have been called by God to the place where He needs me, Philippines Urdaneta Mission.🇵🇭

I'll be participating on the greatest cause on earth today, the gathering of Israel. As we assist in this urgent and crucial work together, we can do all that our Heavenly Father wants us to do to prepare the world for the Second Coming of His Beloved Son. I will be dedicating two years of my life in serving and declaring the Gospel of Jesus Christ because I believe that the restored gospel is the only way by which we can find eternal happiness.

Before I decided to go on a mission, I was afraid because I will definitely be left behind by my classmates when I leave for my mission. But I know, I would regret it more, if I will not go on a mission. I know that they are happy with the decision I am making. Behold, I speak with boldness, having authority from God; for perfect love casteth out all fear. (Moroni 8:16)

I know that serving a full-time Mission is not a sacrifice, because the word "sacrifice" makes you lose something that is important to you, but serving God for two years of my life is something that cannot be matched by anything else in this world. Ang pagserve ng mission ay bagay na hinding hindi ko pagsisisihan sa buhay ko. My desire to serve a full-time mission and leave all personal affairs and do the Lord's work grows stronger. We show our love for the Lord Jesus Christ and gratitude for His atonement by bringing souls for Him.

I testify that the Book of Mormon contains the fulness of the doctrine required for our salvation, and a central purpose of it is to convince all people that Jesus is the Christ. As you teach the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ you will testify often about the Savior and the Redeemer of the world.

The greatest preparation is to seek the Spirit, to hear what He is saying and to be obedient to His promptings. As you serve with all your heart, might, mind and strength the Lord will lead you to those who will hear His message.

Maayong buntag sainyong tanan!
Ako diay si Elder Tacuel from Mamburao Branch.

I am now entering the best University in the world called Mission.
It was exactly this month last year when me and my brother decided whether to study or serve and go on a Mission. For me, it was the hardest and most courageous decision we've ever made in our entire life. In fact we've faced ups and downs on our way. It's arduous because every day we have to explain people why we have to do this. We struggled mentally, was exhausted, confused, and even felt being left behind because of our choices. I feel like we're walking uphill as we strive each day to WALK and STAY in our covenant path.

Before, I never really imagine that any of this would happen. Walking under the hot and blazing sun, goin' around wearing long sleeves and ties, talking to strangers and giving them a hand, working with valiant and consecrated missionaries, making friends, reading scriptures to increase my Gospel knowledge, and setting aside all of our personal affairs to become one worthy to represent the Lord. Such religious things you wouldn't imagine me doing if you knew me back then. At first, I really struggled. I FOUND it very difficult and unusual. And to be honest at some point I questioned myself: "why I am doing this?" Spending more time outside doing ministering, rather than staying at home and relax. Far from the life I had before. Until I didn't realize that little by little I was loving what I was doing. Mamburao Branch and it's people helped me a lot. The Book of Mormon together with the former and current missionaries played a crucial role in finding out the answers to all of my whys. Tinulungan nila ako na gawin yung mga bagay na akala ko hindi ko magagawa. Hindi nila ako binago, bagkus tinulungan nila ako hanapin yung reason para magbago. Now I'm about to enter the life of being a missionary and I am really thankful that God give me this opportunity to assist Him in His work and His glory, "to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of a man" (Moses 1:39). Thanks for those missionaries, families, members of the church I met who really pushed me to know my duty and do my purpose in this world. Thanks for your support morally, financially and physically. Brothers and Sisters, It is true that reading the Book of Mormon every single day is CHALLENGING, but I testify that it will surely help you strengthen your testimony and increase your appreciation for the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, and It does answers every questions of our souls. I know that God lives. This is His work and this is His Church. Living with the Gospel of Jesus Christ is truly challenging, and it takes more of a man to become His disciple. I know brothers and sisters that IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY, NOTHING WORTHWHILE EVER IS.

I am Elder Tacuel, called to serve in Philippines Butuan Mission and will prepare to preach the GOSPEL in the Cebuano language.

Hello Brothers and Sisters
Isa na ako sa pinaka masaya sa araw na ito dahil malapit na akong makapunta sa aking mission. Alam ko na hindi ito magiging madali pero sa tulong nang Holy Ghost alam ko na malalaman ko kung ano ang dapat kong gawin sapagkat mas mapapadali nito ang gawaing misyoneryo.

July 7, 2022 ako po ay aalis papunta sa MTC at papasok doon nang July 8 2022, lahat nang 'yun ay naging possible dahil sa mga tumulong sa akin at nag inspire sa akin na ituloy ang aking paghahanda at pagaayos ng papel ko. Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat nang kaibigan ko at mga tumulong sa akin, dahil habang naghahanda ako ng aking sarili ay nahirapan talaga ako. Sa sobrang haba nang preparation ko ay nanghinaan din ako nang loob dahil parang wala namang pag usad na nangyayari sa akin at naisip ko na magpatuloy nalang kaya ako sa pag-aaral. Nang naiisip ko yung mga bagay na 'yun ay parang napakababa ko na may mahinang pananampalataya dahil sa ganung dahilan ay hindi ko pipiliing tumuloy, pero miracles happen Brothers and Sisters, nung araw na naisip ko yun. Isang araw may tumawag sa akin habang ako ay nasa Paluan ( Lugar na malayo sa aking bayan) at sinabi na kung tatangapin ko ba ang isang trabaho dahil alam nya na kailangan ko para sa mission ko at nung narinig ko ang mga bagay na 'yun ay umapaw ang kaligayahan sa akin puso, ang saya at ang ginhawa nang naramdaman ko at agad akong nagpaalam sa tinutuluyan ko sa paluan upang I grab ang opportunidad na naghihintay saakin. Mula noon ay naramdaman ko Ang pagusad ng papers ko at sa loob mahigit isang taon ay makakapasok na ako sa Mission na pangarap ko.
To all Members and Non Members here in Mamburao, maraming salamat sa inyo at sa pag mamahal ninyo sa akin, at sa lahat nang mga kakilala ko at mga myembro na tumanggap sa akin sa tahanan nila na itinuring akong kaibigan, kamaganak, kapatid, at anak maraming maraming salamat sa inyo.
Patuloy na mag lingkod at sumunod sa Diyos, alam ko na kung gagawin natin ito at uunahin natin Siya, ang lahat nang bagay na pangangailangan mo ay ibibigay sayo at Siya mismo ang gagawa nang paraan para sa'yo.
