Fasting is not just about abstaining from food; it is about feasting on the presence of God.

For the past five days, we have intentionally stepped away from the noise of the world to sit at the feet of the Father.

Like Martha, it is so easy to become "anxious and troubled about many things".

We often wear busyness as a badge of honor, yet Jesus reminds us in Luke 10:42 that only one thing is necessary, Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.
