With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of our dear brother, Ruben Castro Jr., O.P., a perpetually professed member of the Dominican Laity. He was called home to our Creator on January 19, 2026.

We entrust him to the boundless mercy of God whom he loved and served faithfully. May he now rest in the peace of Christ, and may Our Lady and our Holy Father St. Dominic accompany him into eternal life. 🙏😔😢

🌟 12 Days of Christmas 2025 – A Journey of Love and Compassion

Our Lady of Manaoag Community – Diocese of Malolos
As the year 2025 came to a close, our community once again embraced the true spirit of giving through our annual 12 Days of Christmas Gift Giving—reaching out to our less fortunate brothers and sisters with hearts full of hope, generosity, and love.

Over twelve meaningful days, we were blessed to share:
🎁 1,672 Noche Buena packages
🍽 570 hot meals
🍬 1,020 bags of candies for children
🧼 300 hygiene kits
👚👟 Along with gently used clothes and shoes to bring comfort and dignity.
Each gift was more than a material offering—it was a message that no one is forgotten. It was a quiet reminder that love, in its simplest form, has the power to heal, uplift, and bring hope.
This mission was made possible through the prayerful support, collaboration, and spiritual guidance of many.

With deep gratitude, we thank:
🙏 The Diocese of Malolos and Bishop Dennis Villarojo, D.D.
🙏 The Diocese of Alaminos and Bishop Napoleon Sipalay Jr., O.P., D.D.
🙏 Most Rev. Quirico Pedregosa Jr., O.P. and Most Rev. Orlando Aceron, O.P., for their spiritual wisdom and encouragement throughout this journey
🙏 Rev. Fr. Rito Ybañez, RCJ, Rev. Fr. Ryan Sumang, Sr. Lumen Calulot, ACI, and the Catherine of Siena Sisters, for their constant presence and compassionate support
🙏 Bro. Pius Carlo Enclona, O.P. at Dominican Friars - Province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus and Sr. Annaliza Hipolito, O.P. of the Catherine of Siena for their generous assistance
🙏Columbia International Food Products Inc., for their joyful contribution of candies that delighted so many children.

To our tireless volunteers—those who packed, lifted, distributed, served, and welcomed with open arms—you are the living hands and hearts of this mission. Your sacrifices, warmth, and quiet acts of love brought light to those most in need.

🙏 And above all, we offer our deepest thanks to Our Lady of Manaoag, whose motherly intercession has guided us through every step of this mission. May she continue to protect and inspire us to serve with humility, joy, and unwavering faith.

We know our gifts are but a drop in the ocean of need. Yet we believe that when love leads the way, even the smallest act becomes a reflection of God’s grace.

To everyone who journeyed with us—thank you.
May our small sacrifices rise as prayers of thanksgiving, and may the true spirit of Christmas live on in our hearts…
one act of love at a time. 🌟

Thank you 2025 and let us welcome a blessed 2026. 😇😍😘

🎄 Day 12 of the 12 Days of Christmas
📍 Santiago Island, Bolinao, Pangasinan
Our final day of gift-giving was one of deep gratitude and quiet joy. After traveling all the way from Malolos, Bulacan and crossing the waters from Bolinao Port to Santiago Island, we were welcomed with warmth by the Divine Savior Catholic Church’s Fr. Manaois and parishioners. ❤️
We began the day with a Holy Mass celebrated by His Most Rev. Napoleon Sipalay Jr., O.P., D.D.—a moment of prayer and thanksgiving for all the blessings shared over the past 12 days.
This mission served 150 families, including the elderly, persons with disabilities, and the most vulnerable members of the Diocese of Alaminos. Each received Noche Buena packages and hygiene kits, while nearly 300 children received candies, lighting up the day with their laughter. 🍬✨
One especially touching moment was witnessing the children’s “mano po”—a beautiful expression of love and respect that reminded us of the richness of our Filipino traditions.
We are deeply grateful to Bro. Pius Carlo Enclona, O.P. of the Most Holy Name of Jesus (Oakland, CA), for joining us in distributing the gifts with so much compassion.
As we end this journey, our hearts are full. 💛
This mission was never just about what we gave—but about the love, faith, and human connection we received in return.
To everyone who made this possible—thank you.

Thank you to Most Rev. Dennis Villarojo, D.D. and Columbia International Food Products Inc. for the candies they shared with the Diocese of Alaminos.

🎁 Truly, this is what Christmas is all about. 🙏

Day 11 of the 12 Days of Christmas took us to the Sta. Rafaela Maria House of Spirituality in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, in heartfelt collaboration with Sr. Lumen Calulot of the Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
This annual gift-giving has become a much-anticipated moment for the community and its beneficiaries—many of whom continue to face life’s difficulties. Among them were 50 individuals in need, including families who recently lost their homes to a devastating fire.
We shared Noche Buena packages, hot meals, and candies for the children—simple gifts, yet offered with deep love and prayerful hope. ❤️
Our wish is that this small gesture may bring comfort, joy, and a renewed sense of hope this Christmas—that those who have lost much may feel remembered, valued, and loved.
