Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), his family, and his companions.
Dear Respected Brothers and Sisters in Islam,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
As we approach the sacred days of Dhul-Hijjah, we are once again reminded of the great mercy and guidance of Allah SWT in the example of our beloved Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him), who showed utmost devotion and submission to Allah’s command.
The act of Qurban (Udhiyah) is not only a Sunnah Mu’akkadah (highly emphasized Sunnah) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), but also a means for us to draw nearer to Allah through sacrifice, charity, and compassion for our fellow human beings.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“The son of Adam does not do any deed on the Day of Sacrifice that is dearer to Allah than the shedding of blood (of the sacrificial animal). It will come on the Day of Resurrection with its horns, hair, and hooves. Indeed, the blood is accepted by Allah before it reaches the ground. So be pleased with it.”
[Tirmidhi, Hadith 1493]
In this spirit, we humbly invite those among you who are financially able to contribute a portion, however small, toward a collective Qurban effort this coming Eid al-Adha, anticipated to fall on June 6, 2025 (subject to moon sighting).
Your donation will go toward purchasing and sacrificing livestock, the meat of which will be distributed among needy families, orphans, widows, and others who may otherwise not enjoy meat throughout the year. This is a chance to share in the joy of Eid and fulfill a noble act of worship.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“There is reward for kindness to every living thing.”
[Bukhari and Muslim]
We pray that Allah accepts our sacrifices, purifies our intentions, and allows us to serve others for His sake alone.
May Allah bless you and your families with barakah, good health, and guidance.

Jazaakumullahu Khayran for your generosity and for reviving a beautiful Sunnah.
Wassalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah.
