"ALWAYS COME HOME"
The christian youth, is Satan's hot target. So there will always be a constant rise and fall in every christian young person's life.
(1) One day you're very driven to serve God and the next thing you know, you're too tired to even show up at church. (2) One day, you feel so much joy around your family in church, and all of a sudden you have gone cold. (3) One day, you are very strong in raising the biblical standards, and the next, you begin to justify your compromises. (4) One day, you were correcting others, and then suddenly find yourself become so dull of hearing biblical instruction and correction.
No, it's never okay to give in to temptation and sin against God. But it's also not okay to continue living in a backsliden state. God always awaits for your homecoming. His grace is sufficient and always abounding, so don't wait for consequences that will leave irreparable damages in your life.
It's given that consistency is very hard when serving God at a young age. The world's trends and offers are too enticing to decline. So many times, you have, and will falter and fall for it. But God's church is not a place for perfect people, neither it is a place for hypocrisy. It is a place of repentance and new beginnings. Our God's steadfast love is new every morning. It allows each person to leave the past behind and start with a clean slate.
So no matter where you stumbled, always come home. --- And they came home, and hopefully never to stray again. ❤️🩹
