"𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐑, 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐑" 🕊️

With hearts weighed down by sorrow, the Ministry of Altar Servers of St. Francis of Assisi Parish mourns the passing of one of our beloved servers.

In this time of grief, we unite in prayer with her family and loved ones, entrusting her soul to the loving mercy of our Lord. Though her earthly service has come to an end, we find comfort in knowing that she now serves at a greater altar, embraced by eternal peace.

More than an altar server, she was a sister, a faithful servant, and a blessing to everyone who had the privilege of serving alongside her. Her warmth, gentle spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her will forever be remembered and cherished.

We humbly ask everyone to offer prayers for the eternal repose of her soul.

Today, the Ministry of Altar Servers offered a simple gift filled with meaning — free sandoks for our beloved mothers, the hands that tirelessly serve, nourish, comfort, and love without asking for anything in return. 🥄🤍

Just like a sandok that gently fills every plate at the table, mothers pour out their lives daily so their families may never feel empty — in hunger, in love, and in hope. This small token is our way of saying thank you for every quiet sacrifice, every sleepless night, and every prayer whispered for the people you love.

And on this special day, we also greet our dearest Mother Mary, the Virgin Mary, whose gentle heart continues to guide us closer to Christ. May her humility, strength, and unconditional love inspire every mother around the world.

Happy Mother’s Day to all amazing moms and to our Blessed Virgin Mary. 🌷

May God continue to bless the women whose love feels most like home.

Happy Mother’s Day! 🌷

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the Ministry of Altar Servers will be giving away free sandoks — a simple yet meaningful symbol of a mother’s love: quietly serving, nourishing, and caring for her family every single day. Just like a ladle that fills every plate, mothers endlessly pour out love without asking for anything in return.

To receive one, stubs will be distributed before the Mass this Sunday, May 10, 2026. Present your stub to claim your free sandok.
