After careful consultation and discernment among the moderators, we would like to inform everyone that the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗠𝗔 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱.
This decision was made in order to give way and prioritize the already scheduled and planned conventions within our respective parishes and the vicariate. In addition, we also take into consideration the current energy situation being experienced in our areas, which may affect the preparation, logistics, and overall conduct of the event.
Furthermore, we aim to hold the convention at a more suitable time when altar servers are more available and active, particularly outside of the current vacation period.
We would like to emphasize that this is not a cancellation. The convention will still take place within this year, and we remain committed to gathering once again for this meaningful event.
