Sa nakakapagod na laban na ating kinakaharap araw-araw, di natin maiwasan na minsan gusto nating umayaw. Pero sana tandaan natin, kahit gaano pa kalaki ang problemang kinakaharap mo, mas malaki ang Diyos na nagmamahal sayo. Ipaubaya mo ang lahat sa Kanya. Kailanman, di Siya papalya.

YOUR TEAM NEEDS A BREAK
Hi ka MP! Isa sa pinaka malaking struggle ng team ay ang “MINISTRY FATIGUE.” Lahat po tayo at some point nararanasan yan. Yung weekly grind ng ministry ay talagang nakaka-lowbatt kung nawawala sa paningin natin ang tunay na essence ng ating ministry. Siyempre po pag worn out na ang team ay babagsak ang motivation, zeal and creativity. And the thing is, dama po ito ng ating congregation. Kung ganito po ang situation natin ngayon at lost tayo kung ano ang gagawin, just want to tell you po that your team needs a break. Kailangan uli natin ma-reignite, refocus at ma energize uli dahil marami pa po tayong gagawin sa kaharian ng ating Dios Ama. Isa po ito sa mga topics sa CREATE 2023 na excited kaming ishare sa ating lahat - HOW TO HAVE A STRONG WORSHIP TEAM. Hi Ka MP! We understand the challenges and struggles of being a leader. Sa atin po naka salalay ang direksyon at ang responsibility to see to it that we accomplish our tasks effectively. Subalit sana po ay maging malinaw din na sa kabila ng ating desire to do our tasks or programs ay mapa-alala sa atin na hindi natin pag-aari ang buhay at oras ng mga tao. Meron po kasing mga leader na wala ng regard sa oras at buhay ng mga nili-lead nya kaya demanding, pushy and at times manipulative and controlling na rin. Sad to say meron din na pati mga personal lives and personal choices ng team ay pinapaki-alaman na. Tayo po ay nilagay ng Dios sa ating position to make people’s live better not BITTER. Nandito po tayo to encourage, nurture and empower our team to do the works of the ministry pero kung may pagkakataon na kulang at hindi talaga kayang magawa ang dapat gawin ay chill lang tayo. Let’s not get too much focused on the “to do lists” na insensitive na tayo sa buhay ng ating team. Always remember na tayo po ay katiwala ng Dios sa mga taong pinaglilingkuran natin at kailanman ay hindi natin sila pag-aari. Ang solution po dito ay “TRAINING” para hindi pare-parehong tao lang ang gumagawa ng ministry. Isa po ito sa ating topics sa CREATE 2023 na siguradong mapapagpala ang ating team - "Sure Foundation: Building a Strong Worship Team"
