March 23, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Turibius of Mogrovejo, Bishop

Saint Turibius of Mogrovejo or Saint Turibio Alfonso De Mogrovejo was a Spanish professor and prelate who served as Archbishop of Lima in Peru. He became the Grand Inquisitor at the order of King Philip II. He was a friend of Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin De Porres, Saint Francisco Solano and Saint Juan Macias. He died in 1606 and was canonized by Pope Benedict XIII.

Prayer:

Saint Turibius of Mogrovejo, you were a true shepherd whose primary concern was the salvation of every soul. You devoted yourself wholeheartedly to that mission. Please pray for me, that I may imitate you and become a better instrument of the Gospel, reaching people in ways that will more fully open their hearts to Christ.

March 19, 2026 | Solemnity of Saint Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Saint Joseph was a carpenter from Nazareth, the spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the foster father of Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of Matthew, he obeys the direction of an angel to marry the Blessed Virgin Mary. Following the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem, he was told by an angel in a dream to take them to Egypt to escape from King Herod I. He was present when Jesus was lost in the Temple. According to tradition, he died before the presence of Jesus, Mary and the angels. He was the Patron Saint of the Holy Church, fathers, carpenters, workers, and of happy death.

Prayer:

Saint Joseph, you were obedient to the will of the Father in Heaven as it was revealed to you by an angel. You took Mary as your wife and Jesus as your Son. You raised Him, protected Him, and exercised a fatherly authority over Him. Please exercise that same fatherly authority, given to you by the Father in Heaven, over my life. I entrust myself to your intercession and authority and pray that you protect me always, guiding me to your Son in Heaven.

March 18, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Cyril of Jerusalem, Bishop and Doctor of the Church

Saint Cyril of Jerusalem was a Bishop of Jerusalem and a theologian of Early Church. He was exiled on more than one occasion due to the enmity of Acacius of Caesarea and
various emperors. He was know for documenting instructions of catechumens and the order of Liturgy during his time. He died in 386 A.D. and was declared a Doctor of the
Church by Pope Leo XIII.

Saint Cyril of Jerusalem, you were a loving shepherd and a firm defender of the Truth of the divinity of Christ. You never wavered in your mission, not even during
persecution and exile, but proclaimed Christ Jesus to your flock. Please pray for me, that I will always remain firm in my faith, especially when challenged by a hostile
world, and will lovingly proclaim the truth to those who need it most.

March 17, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Patrick of Ireland, Bishop

Saint Patrick of Ireland was a 5th century Romano-British missionary and bishop of Ireland. Born as Maewyn Succath, he was captured to become a slave in Ireland during his
early years. He had escaped and returned to his homeland where he studied as a priest and became known as Patricius. He returned in Ireland as a missionary where he
converted many pagans, and founded the See of Armagh. Some sources say that he drove off the snakes out of Ireland. He died in 461 A.D.

Prayer:

Saint Patrick, you were captured and made a slave. God used that captivity to change your heart and draw you to Himself. Once converted, you chose to become a holy slave
of Christ, bringing His saving message to a hostile and pagan land. Please pray for me, that I may imitate your conversion and place myself at the service of the will of
God.

March 9, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Frances of Rome, Religious

Saint Frances of Rome was an Italian Catholic mystic, Benedictine oblate and organizer of charitable services. She lived her holiness through family life, charity, and prayer. Though she longed for the convent, she served God faithfully as a wife and mother, caring for the poor and sick. Later, she founded the Oblates of Mary and is known for her deep devotion to her guardian angel. She died in 1440 and was canonized by Pope Paul V.

Prayer:

Saint Frances of Rome, you loved God with all your heart and served Him at every stage of your life. Please pray for me, that I may learn how to serve God within my vocation, never seeking anything other than His holy and perfect will.

March 7, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Perpetua and Saint Felicity, Martyrs

Saint Perpetua and Saint Felicity were Christian martyrs of the 3rd century. During that time, Saint Perpetua was a noblewoman and mother of an infant, while Saint
Felicity was a pregnant slave. In 203 A.D., together with Saint Saturninus, Saint Secundulus and Saint Saturus, they were martyred in an arena during military games.

Prayer:

Saint Perpetua and Saint Felicity, you loved your infants and you loved your God. By embracing martyrdom for your faith, you gave the greatest witness possible to your
children. Please pray for me, that I will never shy away from living my faith openly in a hostile world and that I will be a holy witness of God’s most pure love to all.

March 4, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Casimir of Poland, Confessor

Saint Casimir of Poland or Saint Casimir Jagiellon was a prince of Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania. He was known for his piety, devotion and generosity to the poor. He died in 1484 and was canonized by Pope Clement VIII.

Prayer:

Saint Casimir, at an early age you fell in love with God and the Blessed Virgin Mary. You prayed to them unceasingly and devoted your life to their service. You were a true prince in the court of the Great King of Heaven. Please pray for me, that I will always avoid the lures of this world, keeping my eyes fixed only on Heaven.

February 27, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Gregory of Narek, Abbot and Doctor of the Church

Saint Gregory of Narek was an Armenian mystical and lyrical poet, monk, theologian and Doctor of the Church. He was known for his Book of Lamentations which serves as a confessional prayer book. He died between 1003 A.D. to 1011 A.D.

Lord God, who graciously imbued Saint Gregory of Narek with heavenly doctrine, grant, through his intercession, that we may keep that same teaching faithfully and express it in what we do. February 23, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Polycarp of Smyrna, Bishop and Martyr

Saint Polycarp of Smyrna was a bishop, martyr, and disciple of Saint John the Apostle. He wrote the Epistle of Polycarp to the Philippians. In 155 A.D., he was sentenced to be burned at stake but was stabbed when fire failed to touch him.

Prayer:

Saint Polycarp, you were blessed to be among the first followers of the Apostles and worked fervently for many decades to spread and defend the pure faith. In the end, you gave witness to Christ with a martyr’s death. Please pray for me, that I may learn from your witness and follow your holy example.

February 21, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Peter Damian, Bishop and Doctor of the Church

Saint Peter Damian or Saint Pietro Damiani was an Italian Benedictine monk, cardinal, Papal envoy and Doctor of the Church. He strove to purify the Church through reforms to combat scandals and controversy. He died in 1072 A.D.

Prayer:

Saint Peter Damian, you were drawn to a life of solitude, prayer, and penance. From that hidden life as a monk, God sent you forth to reform His wounded Church. You answered the call with courage and zeal. Please pray for me, that I will never shy away from reforming my own life and that I will always answer the call to be an instrument of that reformation wherever I am sent.

February 17, 2026 | Memorial of the Seven Founders of the Order of Servites, Religious

The Servite Order is one of the original Catholic mendicant orders, founded in 1233 by a group of cloth merchants who left possessions to live in holy retirement. They were canonized by Pope Leo XIII.

The seven founders were:
- Saint Alexis Falconieri
- Saint Buonfiglio Dei Monaldi
- Saint Giovanni di Buonagiunta
- Saint Amadeus di Amidei
- Saint Ricovero dei Lippi-Ugguccioni
- Saint Benedetto del Antella
- Saint Gherardino di Sostegno

Prayer:

Dearest Founders of the Servite Order, you were called and you responded. You were given direction by Our Lady herself, and you obeyed. From that obedience, God raised up an army of servants who have spent centuries sharing His love and mercy with the world. Pray for me, that I may always obey God’s will and seek to serve Him alongside those whom God has placed in my life.

February 14, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Valentine of Rome, Priest and Martyr

Saint Valentine of Rome, or sometimes identified as Saint Valentine of Terni, was a Roman priest, physician and martyr during the reign of Emperor Claudius II Gothicus. With Saint Marius, he helped sustained the Christian prisoners in Rome. He held Christian marriages in secret, arrested by the authorities, brought to the Emperor, and imprisoned. During his trial, he tried to convert the Emperor to Christianity, which made him sentenced to death. He was beheaded at Via Flaminia in 269 A.D. He was the patron saint of love and marriage.

Prayer:

Dear Saint Valentine, you championed God’s love by performing marriages for soldiers and their sweethearts, against the edict of the Roman Emperor. Because of that, you were martyred for the Faith and became the Patron of Lovers.

O courageous Saint, help us to love God above all else, and to give of ourselves and receive one another through His grace. Help those of us called to marriage to love our spouse with affection and joy. Help those who fervently seek someone with whom they can share their lives to meet the person God has prepared for them. May all of us grow to love Jesus, our true Valentine, forever.
