OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON MASS GATHERING RELATED TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
To all our Pastors, Church Leaders and Members:
Let us be one in faith and prayer.
Let's continue to trust God. No need to panic.
Let's follow the Executive Order of our President and cooperate for the welfare of all.
The prohibition of mass gathering whether planned or not is just for a period of 1 month. ( We're hoping and praying that this period will not prolong.)
We as a church must take some sacrifices. We need to follow and help our government in solving this problem. This is all for our welfare. For public safety, interest and protection.
Avoid mass gathering in our churches.
Suspend our church services for the said period of time.
(We are just suspending the mass gathering but not the worship that could be done in our respective houses.)
Make guidelines for our members to follow.
Make guidelines on how our church members can still do their regular activities concerning prayer meeting, bible study, cell groups, tithes giving and offering and counseling and visitation.
Its better if you can do live streaming of your church services. So that our members can watch it at their respective homes.
Those who doesn't have access to a live stream, Pastors can provide hard copies of their messages to their members.
You can set time for all your members to do this simultaneously in their respective homes.
Learn to adjust.
Let's always pray and trust God. No matter what our circumstances would be. May our loving Lord help us find real joy in Him.
God bless you and your family!
