Prayer Before the Blessed Sacrament

O Most Holy Sacrament, true Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ,

I come before You with a humble and grateful heart. Hidden beneath the appearance of bread and wine, You remain here—God with us, loving us, waiting for us. You who emptied Yourself for our sake, who gave everything so that we might have life, now abide in this silence to be with us always.

Lord, I adore You. I offer You all my thoughts, my joys, my fears, and my whole life. Wash away my faults, heal my wounds, and strengthen my weakness. Help me to see You truly present here, and to love You above all things.

Grant that receiving You may transform me more and more into Your likeness. Make my heart like Yours—gentle, humble, and ready to serve. May I never leave this place the same, but carry Your peace, Your love, and Your presence wherever I go.

Amen.

A Heart Full of Thanksgiving

For every grace received, every step taken, and every hand that guided me along the way—all glory and gratitude belong to God alone.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life, for the people who love and support me, and for the sacred call You have placed in my heart. Every blessing is a sign of Your endless love and faithfulness.

Hindi dahil sa kakayanan ko
kundi dahil sa grasya at
Pagmamahal mo.

May biyaya sa taong marunong maghintay 🙏✨

Ang paghihintay ay hindi pag-aaksaya ng panahon, kundi panahon ng paghahanda at pagtitiwala sa plano ng Diyos. Hindi Niya tayo pinababayaan; sa tamang panahon, ibibigay Niya ang mga bagay na nararapat para sa atin. Ang taong matiyaga ay laging ginagantimpalaan ng mabuti. Magtiwala lang, darating din ang biyayang inihanda Niya para sa iyo.
