HAPPENING NOW | On July 25, 2026, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) – Our Lady of Lourdes Circle, Makato, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary, marking two decades of faithful service to God through the loving guidance and maternal example of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The celebration began with the 6:00 A.M. Holy Mass, presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Randy G. Beluso, Parochial Vicar, and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Magloire S. Placer, Parish Priest, who also celebrated their second anniversary of pastoral service in our parish.

Happy 20th Anniversary, DMII Our Lady of Lourdes Circle – Makato! May our Blessed Mother continue to guide us as we faithfully serve Christ and His Church for many more years to come.

On July 18, 2026, with hearts filled with sorrow yet strengthened by our Christian hope, we bid our final farewell to our beloved Sis. Eva "Nay Eva/Nining" Tambong Salamanca.

Together with her family, relatives, and friends, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMI) and the Squirettes of Mary Immaculate (SMI), we accompanied her on her final earthly journey, entrusting her soul to the loving mercy of God through the maternal intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Although we grieve her passing, we remain grateful for the gift of her life, her faithful service, and her unwavering devotion to Mary. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts and continue to inspire our Marian family.

Until we meet again, dear Sis. Nay Eva. May the Lord grant you eternal rest, and may perpetual light shine upon you. Rest in the peace of Christ.

As part of the Necrological Service held on July 16, 2026, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) and the Squirettes of Mary Immaculate (SMI) Makato presented a Tribute Video in loving memory of our dear departed sister, Sis. Eva "Nay Eva/Nining" Tambong Salamanca, honoring her life of faith, dedicated service, and unwavering Marian devotion.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Salamanca family for their warm hospitality and the generous meal they lovingly prepared. May the Lord bless your family with comfort, strength, and peace during this time of loss.

On July 16, 2026, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMI) and the Squirettes of Mary Immaculate - Makato (SMI) solemnly conducted the Draping of the Charter as a Necrological Service in loving memory of our dear departed sister, Sis. Eva Tambong Salamanca.

The Draping of the Charter is a meaningful tradition that expresses our profound respect, gratitude, and lasting bond with a sister who faithfully lived the ideals of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate. It is a tribute to her years of dedicated service, steadfast Marian devotion, and selfless commitment to God, the Church, and the mission of our organization.

As a Marian family, we gathered in prayer to commend Sis. Eva's soul to the infinite mercy of God, entrusting her to the loving maternal intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Though we mourn her passing, we find comfort in the promise of Christ's Resurrection and in the hope that those who have faithfully served Him will receive the reward of eternal life.

We lovingly remember Sis. Eva for the faith, kindness, and generosity she shared with everyone she encountered. Her life of humble service and unwavering love for Our Blessed Mother will continue to inspire the members of DMI and SMI for generations to come.

May the Lord grant her eternal rest, and may perpetual light shine upon her. We continue to keep the Salamanca family in our prayers, asking God to fill their hearts with His peace, strength, and the hope that comes from our Christian faith.

On July 16, 2026, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) and the Squirettes of Mary Immaculate - Makato gathered for a Prayer Vigil in memory of our beloved Sis. Eva "Nay Eva/Nining" T. Salamanca.

United as one Marian family, we entrusted her soul to the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, praying that the Lord grant her eternal rest and welcome her into His heavenly kingdom. May perpetual light shine upon her, and may God continue to comfort the Salamanca family with His peace and love.

Daughters of Mary Immaculate International—Makato joyfully joins the Diocese of Kalibo in celebrating 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐎 𝐀𝐓 𝟓𝟎: 𝙁𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙮 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙!

On July 15, 2026, united with our bishop, clergy, religious, and the faithful in giving heartfelt thanks to God for the abundant graces bestowed upon our Diocese throughout the past fifty years.

As one family in Christ and one local Church, may this Golden Jubilee Celebration inspire us to renew our faith, strengthen our communion, and recommit ourselves to the mission of proclaiming the Gospel and serving God's people with love, humility, and joy.

Together, let us celebrate God's enduring faithfulness and look forward with hope as we continue our journey of faith for generations to come.
