Twenty years ago, the whole world witnessed the drastic show of terrorism by the Islamic group Al-Qaeda, which was led by Osama bin Laden. It was a display of our vulnerability, which costed the lives of 2,996 people from both the victims and the perpetrators.

We will never forget this harsh and gruesome part of our history. Terrorism will never silence the world. Finally, religion is and will never be a justifiable ground to orchestrate such violence in the course of humanity.

FACT: The person who was identified as Victim #001 is an American priest in the person of Rev. Fr. Mychal Judge, OFM.
