๐Ÿ”ฅ FLEE. PURSUE. FIGHT.

Last Friday at Ignite Youth Fellowship, we were reminded that following Christ means making intentional choices every day.

From ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ข๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐Ÿ:๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, we learned to flee from the desires that pull us away from God, pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, and fight the battle by standing firm in Christ.

Temptation will come, but we don't have to give in. The question is not only, โ€œWhat should I avoid?โ€ but also, โ€œWhat am I pursuing?โ€ May our lives continually point back to Jesus. ๐Ÿงก

The battle continues, and so does our pursuit of Christ!

RUN FROM WHAT PULLS YOU AWAY. RUN TOWARD CHRIST. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Tonight at Ignite Youth Service, we were reminded of a simple but powerful truth: what we choose to pursue matters.

๐Ÿ“– Our key verse calls us to flee from youthful desires and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace.

๐Ÿ’™ TAKEAWAY:
Donโ€™t just run away from what leads us away from God. Run toward Christ. Pursue Him in our choices, our relationships, and our everyday lives.

YOU CAN TRUST GOD WITH WHATโ€™S AHEAD. ๐Ÿ™

Sometimes, we find ourselves wondering, โ€œWill God come through?โ€ But Philippians 4:19 reminds us that our God knows our needs and is faithful to provide according to His riches in Christ.

When the future feels uncertain, choose to trust the One who never fails to provide. His timing is perfect, His provision is enough, and His faithfulness never runs out. ๐Ÿ’œ

Exams stacking up. Friendships changing. Plans falling apart. Big decisions and no clear answers. Sometimes the waves feel bigger than we are.

But here's the truth to hold onto this week:

He isn't surprised by your storm, and He isn't standing at a distance. He is already ahead of you, in the very thing you're afraid to face.

The empty tomb is the ultimate proof that our God keeps His promises! Because Jesus conquered sin and defeated death, we no longer have to be shaken by the trials of this world. His resurrection guarantees that no matter what storms we face, God remains unmovable and true.

Because He lives, we can stand firm, hold on to hope, and trust His unchanging grace through every season.

Because Jesus conquered sin, we are no longer bound by the old life. In Christ, we are given the grace to begin again, to grow, and to walk in the life He has called us to live.

May we never forget what it means to be made new. Let us leave behind what keeps us from God and choose each day to walk closer to Him.
