"Mentoring is a discipleship of the Leader's Heart"

We are grateful to ptr. Eniong Hilario of Faith Fellowship for leading and facilitating this learning group composed of CJOL youth area leaders/coordinators from South and North Manila, Laguna-Batangas, Pampanga, Tarlac-Pampanga, Zambales, and Pangasinan.

One highlight of this session was, "What we need are transformed leaders, not just sharp minds but hearts as well"

Ptr. Eniong, quoting 2 Timothy 2:1-2, says "... God is not simply looking for gifted people. He is looking for faithful people. And when faithfulness becomes the foundation of leadership, the church becomes stronger, healthier, and better equipped to pass the gospel on to the next generation."

In Reaching the Next Generation, coaching is a must!

Coaching is a game-changer!

These youth leaders from CJOL Zambales churches ay puno ang puso to glorify God by reaching and discipling the next generation. Pero madalas, sa dami ng ginagawa, nakaka overwhelm ito. Coaching helps them to have clear and practical plan for the future. Coaching gives them a safe space to learn from mistakes, be mindful of their strength and weakness, and be present in His presence.

We praise God for coaching sessions like this.
