It shares in the Community's vision and mission of "one heart, mind, and spirit in sharing a common vision and mission, based on Christian love and faith, service and worship." The BLD Singles' Ministry Manila is a group of young men and women who are dedicated to be servants and handmaids of the Lord. The Ministry hol

ds its weekly prayer meeting every Monday from 7:30PM up to 10:00PM at the Penthouse Level of Oppen Building (349 Sen Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City).

Deepening Retreat | January 24-25, 2026

It is a true blessing to be in a space where we can gently face and express our inner child, without fear, without judgment, knowing that healing is possible.

Even more beautiful is realizing that we are not journeying alone. We are learning to become more loving and compassionate internal parents while walking alongside a community of people who choose to love, listen, and hold space for one another.

Healing is never meant to be solitary.

Thank You, Lord, for safe spaces, shared journeys, for loving friends, for a caring Ministry, and most especially, a love that reflects Yours. 🙏💖

Deepening Retreat | January 24-25, 2026

With grateful hearts, we thank the Lord for a truly intimate and gentle Inner Child Healing Deepening Retreat, shared by 23 participants who courageously said yes to the journey.

We began and ended the retreat with the Holy Mass, grounding everything in prayer. Each session opened with prayer, and during our sharing moments, we were continually blessed and guided by Fr. Richie Santos, SDB, creating a safe and grace-filled space for healing.

This retreat marks the beginning of a healing journey. In the days ahead, we look forward to deeper revelations and insights about our inner child, and about growing into more loving, compassionate internal parents through God’s grace.

All glory and thanksgiving to God for the seeds of healing planted and for the gift of community.

🎄 Merry Christmas, Dear Singles! 🎄

As we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, may our hearts be filled with gratitude, peace, and renewed hope. Whether you’re spending Christmas with family, friends, community, or quietly on your own, know that you are deeply loved — by God and by this ministry.

This season reminds us that God comes to us exactly where we are. In our joys, in our waiting, in our prayers, and even in our silent hopes. May this Christmas be a time of rest, healing, and gentle joy for all of us.

Thank you for walking this journey together as one Singles community — for your presence, service, laughter, and prayers throughout the year. Let us continue to trust God’s perfect timing and celebrate His faithfulness in our lives.

“Ngayong Pasko, isapuso ang pagmamahal at respeto sa Diyos, pamilya, at tumatayong pamilya.”

These were the words generously shared by Tito Sonny Nanquil, Cluster Shepherd of BLD Manila, during the Christmas Mission at Haven for Children in Alabang, Muntinlupa last November 22, 2025.

Organized by the Institutional Services Ministry together with the Singles Ministry, Homestead 1, Service Ministry, and Communio et Missio, Christmas joy and laughter were shared with more than 100 kids during a festive afternoon filled with music and games.

ISM and the Singles Ministry are grateful for all the generous donors, especially the food cart sponsor, and to the entire working team who shared their time, treasure, and talent.

The Singles Praise Ministry had a pastoral activity last Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Oppen Building Penthouse. Today, October 11, the Singles Ministry was blessed with the opportunity to spend time with our sisters at the Correctional Institute for Women. 💖

Through the Word of God, Aru Miranda shared a powerful reminder of how deeply loved we are by the Lord - how His love is in the Scriptures, seen in our everyday lives, and how it guides us to live fruitful and purposeful lives. 🙏

The afternoon wrapped up with something very touching: the participants wrote love letters to and from God 💌, followed by a joyful blessing for our October birthday celebrants 🎂🎉.

We give thanks to the Singles Ministry teachers and members Dingding de los Reyes, Pamela Balingit, Izay Herbon, Rox Churchman, Gillian Angelic Navarro-Sajo, and Leny Flogio who lovingly served, and to the BLD Manila District Mission Apostolate Rudy San Pedro, Ves San Pedro for inviting us. Truly, God’s love was felt - in the mission, in fellowship, and in each other. ❤️🙌
