Another youth service filled with fun, fellowship, and God’s presence. The recreation games brought energy and laughter, but the true highlight was the message of hope we received. No matter the season, this is not the end. God is still at work and is not yet done with you. ✨

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
Romans 8:28 (KJV)

We’ve all missed the mark, yet God’s grace still calls us back into His perfect rhythm. 🎶✨

“Encore of Redemption” is a reminder that no failure is final when mercy takes center stage. Through Christ, we are forgiven, restored, and freely redeemed by His grace 🙌✝️

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:” - Romans 3:23–24 (KJV)

𝐏𝐄𝐂 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭

Last April 27-29, the 𝗡𝗖𝗥𝗗 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the International Peace Leadership College, Tanay, Rizal — the first sectional youth camp held post-pandemic, with the theme “𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘀: 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.” The Philippine Evangelism Center (PEC) Youth Ministry, under the leadership of Bro. Francis Alcantara, was recognized for sending the highest number of delegates, with a total of 49 young people (22 girls and 27 boys).

“As the deer panteth after the water brooks,” delegates across NCRD Section 5 kicked off Day 1 by professing their thirst and hunger for God during the morning devotion. Immediately after, 𝗠𝗶𝗻. 𝗥𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗻 opened the morning lecture with a message entitled “𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀,” emphasizing the church’s role in discipleship and evangelism. He reminded the delegates to become doers of the Word and not just hearers of it.

Thereafter, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗝𝘂𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗼 shared “𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩-𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙,” reminding the delegates that leadership is not about position, but about impact. He underscored that servant leadership rooted in love and purpose reflects God in our Christianity.

A short but meaningful 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 was held in the afternoon simultaneously with the cross-church team-building activities, bible games, board games, and ball games. To conclude the first day of the camp, 𝗠𝗶𝗻. 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 ministered a powerful message entitled “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻,” encouraging the young people to continue praising God despite the identified and unidentified struggles of modern-day life.

Day 2 lectures were centered on the camp’s theme “𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.” 𝗣𝘁𝗿. 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗼 𝗭𝗮𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗼 spoke on “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁,” where he warned against the dangers of the prevalent “𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚,” and reminded the delegates to become good stewards of God’s creation and resources. Following this, 𝗣𝘁𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 shared “𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗺,” reminding the delegates of their role as God’s people by offering themselves for the expansion of His kingdom and serving Him wholeheartedly.

After the lecture sessions, the delegates participated in the 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, where they showcased their knowledge of Scripture, teamwork, and quick thinking. The activity encouraged friendly competition while deepening the participants’ understanding and appreciation of God’s Word. 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮ñ𝗼 concluded the second day with a powerful sermon entitled “𝗦𝗛𝗛𝗛𝗛𝗛!” explaining why the devil wants to silence this generation and encouraging the young people to listen to the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

The third and final day surely made the most out of the experience. 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲 𝗭𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗮 preached on the message entitled “𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱,” reminding the young apostolic that 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚. He challenged the delegates to live in a way that sparks curiosity about the God they serve.

The camp concluded with an awarding ceremony where the PEC Youth Ministry was blessed to receive several recognitions. More than the awards brought home, the youth treasured the fellowship, spiritual growth, and unity shared throughout the camp. Truly, the experience became a reminder that the greatest victory is found in growing together in Christ and making a maximum impact for His kingdom. To God be all the glory.

Every song has a chorus that stays with you, and in the rhythm of our faith, it’s the reminder that God’s love never fails. Lesson 3 of our Rhythm series, The Chorus, pointed us back to the truth we see throughout Psalm 136 because His mercy endures forever. 🎶✨

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His steadfast love endures forever.” — Psalm 136:1 🤍

This month's Youth Sunday was a reminder that God calls ordinary people for extraordinary purposes. We talked about Divine Calling, shared lots of laughs during games, and tested our Bible knowledge by putting events in order. Grateful for a day of learning, fellowship, and growth together. 🙏📖

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.” — Jeremiah 1:5 🤍
