FEAST OF THE NATIVITY OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY
Your birth, Beloved Mother, is hope and joy for us. That as you came, we are assured that the Messiah will certainly be here with us, and with you and your Son, our joy will always be complete.

"Not everyone in the ministry should stay.

There are attitudes and practices that need to be removed because they gradually destroy the ministry and the people within it.

1. EGO

If your name is more important to you than the name of Jesus, then it's trash in the ministry.

2. INGGIT

If you're not happy when God uses others, then you need to examine your heart.

3. GOSSIP

Not all "concerns" are concerns. Sometimes, it's just gossip called a prayer request or discernment.

4. PRIDE

If you're no longer willing to accept correction, you're in danger. The leader should know how to listen and admit when they're wrong.

5. FAVORITISM

If there's special treatment for close ones or favorites, it damages the trust and unity of the ministry.

6. MANIPULATION

You don't need guilt, fear, Bible verses, or position to control people. Leadership is influence, not control.

7. COMPETITION

We don't fight against each other. When ministry becomes a competition, the true purpose of serving is lost.

8. RECOGNITION-SEEKING

If you can't serve when no one is watching, maybe you're looking for recognition, not service.

9. UNFORGIVENESS

A healthy ministry is not one where bitterness has been simmering for a long time. That's a culture.

CONCLUSION

Not everyone who needs to be removed from the ministry is a person. Sometimes, it's an attitude, pride, habits, and culture.

Before we add more, maybe we should clean up first"
