Statement of Faith

1. It is the complete written revelation of God.

Concerning the Scriptures
We believe that the Bible (consisting of the 66 books – Old and New Testaments)
is in deed and in truth the very Word of God. We believe in the verbal and plenary inspiration (God-breathed) of the Bible as originally
written. It is the product of Spirit-controlled men (2Tim.3:16-17; 2Pet.1.19-21). It is inerrant,
infallible, accurate and

authoritative for faith and practice (Rom.10:17; Ps.119:11, 105, 130). We believe that God in His power preserved His Word so that we have reliable
translations today (Mt.24:35; Ps.119:89).

2. Concerning the Trinity – The True Godhead
We believe that there is only one true God (Ex.20:2-3; Deut.6:4; Isa.44:6-8;
1Cor.8:4-6; 1Tim.2:5). He is infinite, invisible, immortal, immutable (Jn.1:18; Ps.102:26-27;
1Tim.1:17), at work in the direct, immediate creation of the universe, spirit beings, man and
other forms of life in 6 literal 24-hour days out of nothing (Gen.1-2; Jn.1:1-3). He is the
sustainer and supreme ruler of the universe (Col.1:15-18; 1Tim.6:15), glorious in holiness
(Ex.15:11; Ps.99:9) and worthy of love and adoration (Mt.22:37-38; Rev.4:11). We believe that in the indivisible unity of the Godhead there are 3 distinct persons:
the Father (Rom.1:7), the Son (Heb.1:8) and the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4), equal in every divine
perfection at every moment of time executing distinct but harmonious roles in the great work of
redemption (Mt.28:18-20; 2Cor.13:14; 1Pet.1:2).

3. Concerning God – the Father
We believe that God – the Father is self-existent (Ex.3:14). He is an immense person
(Ps.139:7-9) distinct from the Son and the Holy Spirit (Mt.28:18-20). He is Sovereign
(Dan.2:21; 4:17; Eph.1:11); chooses and draws men to salvation (Jn.6:44; Eph.1:3-11;
1Pet.1:2) and has a paternal relationship with all believers (Rom.8:15). He is infinite
(Ps.147:5), immutable (Jas.1:17), eternal (Ps.90:2), omnipotent (Rev.19:1-10) omnipresent
(Ps.139:7-18), omniscient (Ps. 39:1-6). He is holy (Isa.6), just (Deut.32:4), loving (1Jn.3:1-3;
4:7-8), gracious (2Tim.1:9), merciful (Eph.2:4) and faithful (Lam.3:21-24; 1Cor.10:13;
1Thes.5:24).

4. Concerning God – the Son
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ who shares the eternal divine essence, nature and
attributes with the Father and the Holy Spirit (Jn.10:30-33). In the supernatural virgin birth, he
was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (Mt.1:20-21; Lk.1:35). He
voluntarily took upon himself the true nature of humanity in His incarnation (Phil.2:5-11;
Jn.5:19; 10:18) thus, He always embodied divinity – humanity in one person (Col.2:9; Jn.1:14). We believe in the impeccability of Jesus Christ. He never sinned a sin and He cannot sin
(1Jn.1:5; 3:5; Heb.4:15). His absolute holiness, His blood shed on the cross and His sacrificial
death made salvation available to those who receive this grace through faith in Him (Jn.10:17
18; Rom.5:8; 2Cor.5:21; Eph.1:7; 2:8-9; Col.1:20; Heb.7:27; 9:22; 1Pet.2:24; 1Jn.2:2). We believe in the actual bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ (Lk.24:39; Mk.16:6,19;
Jn.20:5-7; Rom.8:34; 1Cor.15:3-6), His ascension (Acts1:10-11), His exaltation (Heb.1:3), His
mediation (1Tim.2:5), His intercession (Heb.7:25) and His imminent return (1Thes.4:13; 5:3).

5. Concerning God – the Holy Spirit
We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit who shares the eternal divine
essence, nature and attributes with the Father and the Son (Jn.14:16-17, 26; Acts 5:3-4). He was
active in creation (Gen.1:3; Ps.33:6; Job 33:4), in the inspiration of the Bible (2Pet.1:21), in
Mary’s conception (Lk.1:35), in the resurrection of Jesus Christ (Rom.1:4; 8:11) and the
inception of the New Testament church (Acts 2). We believe that in relation to the unbelieving world, the Holy Spirit restrains evil until
God’s purposes are fulfilled (2Thes.2:7), He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment
(Jn.16:8-11), sanctifies for salvation (1Pet.1:2; 2Thes.2:13), bears witness to the truth of the
Gospel (Jn.15:26; Acts 5:32) and uses believers as witnesses (Jn.15:27). We believe that in relation to the believers, the Holy Spirit regenerates (Jn.3:3-6;
Tit.3:5), baptizes into the body of Christ at salvation (1Cor.12:12-13), and permanently
indwells (1Cor.6:19-20; 3:16; Rom.8:9), seals (Eph.1:13-14; 4:30), guides (Rom.8:14)
illumines (1Cor.2:10-14) teaches (Jn.14:16-17, 26; 1Jn.2:27), intercedes (Rom.8:26-27) bears
witness (Rom.8:16) and controls those who are yielded (Acts 4:31; Eph.5:18), empowers for
faithful life and service (Zec.4:6; Rom.8:2, 12, 13) and give gifts for the building up of the body
of Christ (Eph.4:11-16; 1Cor.12 – 13).

6. Concerning Man
We believe the literal, historical account of God’s direct, immediate creation of man in
His own image and likeness, in moral innocence, possessing intellect and holy nature without
any process of evolution (Gen.1:26-27; 2:7; Jn.1:1-3; Col.1:15-18). The entire human races are
descendants of Adam and Eve. They were not created for the purpose of condemnation
(1Tim.2:4; 2Pet.3:9), but Adam fell from his sinless state by his act of disobedience that
brought spiritual and physical death (Gen.3) and other consequences (Gen.2:17; 3:19). Because
of Adam’s sin all men are guilty before God and inherited the sin nature (Rom.5:12) which
manifest itself in specific acts of sin (Rom.17-32). All are under condemnation without any
excuse (Rom.1-6; 3:9-23; 1Cor15:21-22). Man is totally depraved- that doesn’t mean that he is
devoid of all goodness and commits every form of sin or in every way oppose to God but that
he cannot by his own strength and will be conformable to God’s laws because he is in bo***ge
to sin and Satan (Jn.3:19; 8:44; Rom.6:16-22; 1Cor.2:14; 2Cor.4:4; Eph.2:2; 1Jn.5:19).

7. Concerning Salvation
We believe that the salvation of sinners is initiated by God through His grace by faith in
Jesus Christ alone. The natural man must acknowledge that he is a sinner by birth and by choice
(Rom.3:23; 5:12, 17, 19; Ps.51:1-5), understand that he can never save himself by any good
works or religion (Eph.2:8-9; Tit.3:5). He must repent of his sins (Acts 11:18; 14:15; 17:30;
1Thes.1:9; Mt.9:13; 2Cor.7:10), and receive Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior
(Jn.1:12). He must exercise believing faith in the finished work of Christ who offered Himself
as a sacrifice; shed His blood for the sins of the world (Isa.53:6; 2Cor.5:21; 1Pet.2:24; 3:18;
1Jn.2:2; 1Cor.1:4; Acts 16:30-31). This exercise of a man’s faith comes by hearing the Word of
God (Rom.10:9-17). We believe that a genuine believer is eternally secured in Jesus Christ (Jn.10:28-29). It is based on the faithfulness of God to His Word (1Jn.5:11-13). Further, he has been
reconciled to God (Rom.6:10), regenerated (Jn.1:12-13; 3:1-7; 2Cor. 5:17; Eph. 2:1-10;
Tit. 3:5; 1Jn.5:1), redeemed by the blood of Christ (1Pet.1:18-19; Acts 20:28; Heb.9:12;
Rev.5:9), justified (Rom.5:1), adopted as son (Eph.1:5-6; 1Jn.3:1-2). There’s no more
condemnation to those who are in Christ (Rom.8:1). Nothing can ever separate him from the
love of Christ (Rom.8:31-39).

8. Concerning the Church
We believe that the universal Church which is the body of Christ is the unity of all
believers called by the Spirit of God (Eph.1:22-23; 1Cor.12:12-13) in the present dispensation
(from Pentecost to the Rapture – Acts 2:1; 1Thes 4:13-18) regardless of racial distinction,
denominational affiliation or geographic location. God’s promise and programs for the Church
are distinct from the nation Israel (Gen.12:1-3; Rom.9-11). We believe that the visible Church is the community of those who profess the true faith
who meet together for the purpose of worship, prayer, fellowship, edification and evangelism
(Acts 2:41-47) with the privilege of self-government, independent from any hierarchy of
individuals, denominational organizations and civil controls to determine their own doctrine and
ministry (Mt.22:21; 28:18-20; Eph.4:11-13). We believe that God has set high spiritual qualifications and standards for those who lead
the Church. (1Tim.3:2-13; Tit.1:6-9). Pastors, elders, overseers or bishops denote one and the
same office in the New Testament (Acts 20:17, 28; 2Jn.1; Eph.4:11; Phil.1:1). They had been
entrusted to oversee, administer, feed, shepherd, lead the church in submission to Christ (Acts
14:23; 20:17; Eph.4:11; Heb.13:17; 1Pet.5:1-4). The deacons in a general term are servants. They help and assist the pastors in different areas of ministry to ensure that the pastoral ministry
of prayer and the preaching of the Word would be strengthened (Acts 6:1-7). We believe that the Church is responsible for the observance of the two ordinances: The
believer’s baptism by immersion which identifies him of the death, burial and resurrection of
Jesus Christ and an illustration of new life in Him (Mt.28:18-20; Acts 2:41-42; 8:12, 36-39;
Rom.6:3-6; Col.2:12). The Lord’s Supper is remembering Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection;
and the promised return through eating and drinking of the symbols of His body and blood
(1Cor.11:23-32).

9. Concerning the Last Things
Death
We believe that physical death involves no loss of our immaterial consciousness (Rev.
6:9–11), that the soul of the redeemed passes immediately into the presence of Christ (Luke
23:43; Phil.1:23; 2 Cor.5:8), that there is a separation of soul and body (Phil.1:21–24), and
that, for those in Christ, such separation will continue until the rapture (1 Thes. 4:13–17), which
initiates the first resurrection (Rev. 20:4–6) when our soul and body will be reunited to be
glorified forever with our Lord (Phil. 3:21; 1 Cor. 15:35–44, 50–54). Until that time, the souls
of the redeemed in Christ remain in joyful fellowship with Him in the intermediate heaven (2
Cor.5:8). We believe the bodily resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life (John 6:39; Rom.
8:10–11, 19–23; 2 Cor. 4:14), and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment (Daniel
12:2; John 5:29; Rev. 20:13–15). We believe that the souls of the unsaved at death are kept under punishment in the
intermediate hell until the second resurrection (Luke 16:19–26; Rev. 20:13–15), when the soul
and the resurrection body will be united (John 5:28–29). They shall then appear at the Great
White Throne Judgment (Rev. 20:11–15) and shall be cast into eternal hell, the lake of fire
(Mat. 25:41–46; Rev. 20:15), cut off from the life of God and enduring His wrath forever
(Daniel 12:2; Mat. 25:41–46; 2 Thes. 1:7–9). The Rapture of the Church

We believe the personal, bodily appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ before the seven-year
tribulation (1 Thes. 4:16; Titus 2:13) to translate His church from this earth (John 14:1–3; 1
Cor. 15:51–53; 1 Thes. 4:15–5:11). We teach that, between the rapture and His glorious return
to the earth with His saints, He will reward believers according to their works (1 Cor. 3:11
15; 2 Cor. 5:10). The Tribulation Period

We believe that immediately following the removal of the church from the earth (John
14:1–3; 1 Thes. 4:13–18) the righteous judgments of God will be poured out upon an
unbelieving world (Jer.30:7; Daniel 9:27; 12:1; 2 Thes. 2:7–12; Rev.16), and that these
judgments will be climaxed by the return of Christ in glory to the earth (Mat.24:27–31; 25:31
46; 2 Thes.2:7–12). At that time, the saints of the Old Testament and the tribulation saints will
be raised and the living will be judged (Daniel 12:2–3; Rev.20:4–6). This period includes the
seventieth week of Daniel’s prophecy (Daniel 9:24–27; Mat. 24:15–31; 25:31–46). The Second Coming and Millennial Reign

We believe that, after the tribulation period, Christ will come to earth to occupy the
throne of David (Mat. 25:31; Luke 1:31–33; Acts 1:10–11; 2:29–30; cf. Rev. 3:21) and
establish His messianic kingdom for a thousand years on the earth (Rev. 20:1–7). During this
time the resurrected saints will reign with Him over Israel and all the nations of the earth
(Ezekiel 37:21–28; Daniel 7:17–22; Rev.19:11–16). This reign will be preceded by the
overthrow of the Antichrist and the False Prophet, and by the removal of Satan from the world
(Daniel 7:17–27; Rev. 20:1–7). We believe that the kingdom itself will be the fulfillment of God’s promise to Israel
(Isaiah 65:17–25; Ezekiel 37:21–28; Zechariah 8:1–17) to restore them to the land which they
forfeited through their disobedience (Deut.28:15–68). The result of their disobedience was that
Israel was temporarily set aside (Mat. 21:43; Romans 11:1–26) but will again be awakened
through repentance to enter into the land of blessing (Jer.31:31–34; Ezekiel 36:22–32;
Rom.11:25–29). We believe that this time of our Lord’s reign will be characterized by harmony, justice,
peace, righteousness, and long life (Isaiah 11; 65:17–25; Ezekiel 36:33–38; Zechariah 8:4),
and that it will be brought to an end with the release of Satan (Rev.20:7). The Judgment of the Lost

We believe that, following the release of Satan after the thousand-year reign of Christ
(Rev. 20:7), Satan will deceive the nations of the earth and gather them to battle against the
saints and the beloved city, at which time Satan and his army will be devoured by fire from
heaven (Rev.20:9). Following this, Satan will be thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone
(Mat. 25:41; Rev. 20:10), whereupon Christ, who is the Judge of all men (John 5:22), will
resurrect and judge all unbelievers at the Great White Throne Judgment. We believe that this resurrection of the unsaved dead to judgment will be a physical,
bodily resurrection (John 5:28–29) in which they will be committed to eternal conscious
punishment in the lake of fire (Mat. 25:41; Rev. 20:11–15). Eternity

We believe that, after the closing of the millennium, the temporary release of Satan, and
the judgment of unbelievers (2 Thes. 1:9; Rev. 20:7–15), the saved will enter the eternal state of
glory with God, after which the elements of this earth are to be dissolved (2 Peter 3:10) and
replaced with a new earth wherein only righteousness dwells (Eph. 5:5; Rev. 20:15; 21–22). Following this, the heavenly city will come down out of heaven (Rev. 21:2) and will be the
dwelling place of the saints, where they will enjoy forever fellowship with God and one another
(John 17:3; Rev. 21–22). Our Lord Jesus Christ, having fulfilled His redemptive mission, will
then deliver up the kingdom to God the Father (1 Cor. 15:24–28) that in all spheres the triune
God may reign forever and ever (1 Cor. 15:28).

"Greatness Redefined"

The world measures greatness by power and position,
but Christ measures it by humility and service.

True greatness is not how high we rise,
but how low we are willing to go to serve others.

28/04/2026

Through the song “Holy Forever,” the church was reminded of the greatness and holiness of God that will be worshiped for all eternity. From generation to generation, believers lift their voices to declare that His Name stands above every throne, power, and position.

As the lyrics echo the worship of heaven, where angels and all creation cry out “Holy”... the congregation was invited to join that eternal song. It is a powerful reminder that worship is not just something we do on Sundays, but something that connects us to the worship already happening in heaven.

For those who have been forgiven and redeemed, our response is simple: to lift up the name of Jesus and proclaim that He alone is worthy.

If Jesus is truly the highest name above all, does your daily life reflect the same honor and reverence that heaven gives Him?

"Serving Beyond Comfort"

Ministry is not easy... it requires sacrifice, endurance, and a willing heart.
Following Christ may cost us comfort, opportunities, and even suffering.

But true reward is not gained by ambition,
it is given by God to those who serve with the right heart.

22/04/2026

"The Cost of Following Christ"

Following Christ is not about comfort... it is about surrender.
To serve Him faithfully means denying self, standing firm through difficulties, and remaining faithful even in suffering.

A life devoted to Christ may face trials, but it is always a life that pleases God.

🙏

21/04/2026

Through the song “Who You Say I Am,” the church was reminded of the powerful truth of our identity in Christ. Once lost and separated from God, we have now been welcomed into His family through His grace and love.

The lyrics declare a beautiful assurance that those whom the Son sets free are truly free. Because of Jesus’ sacrifice, we are no longer defined by our past, our failures, or the voices of the world. Instead, we are called children of God, chosen and not forsaken.

This moment of worship encouraged the congregation to rest in that identity... knowing that in our Father’s house, there is a place for us.

Devotional question:
Do you see yourself the way the world defines you, or are you living in the identity that God has already declared over your life?

"Serving Over Self"

It’s easy to point out the faults of others while excusing the same in ourselves. But selfishness only leads to division and broken relationships.

One of the greatest blessings we can give our families, friends, and churches is a heart willing to serve.

🙏✨

"When Pride Takes the Lead"

The desire for recognition often leads to division.
When pride seeks position, unity begins to fade.

But when hearts choose service over status, the church grows stronger and the mission remains clear.

16/04/2026

In Gospel of Matthew 26:6–13, a woman pours costly perfume on Jesus. To the disciples, it looked like waste. But to Jesus, it was beautiful.

Her devotion flowed from a discerning heart. She recognized the supreme worth of Christ, understood the urgency of the moment, and gave freely without calculation. While others questioned the cost, she focused on the worth of the One she worshiped.

Extravagant worship will often be misunderstood. Even spiritual-sounding criticism can come from hearts that fail to see Christ clearly. But Jesus defended her devotion and gave it eternal value.

What looked wasteful to men was beautiful to God.
Love poured out on Christ is never wasted.

Devotional Question:
Are you giving Jesus your best now, or are you holding back what should belong fully to Him?

The Cure for Selfishness

Selfishness weakens homes, friendships, and churches.
But when people choose to serve one another, relationships grow stronger.

True servanthood begins when we stop living for “me” and start caring for others... following the example of our Savior.
