A day of meeting, sharing, and growing together marked the Salesian Youth and Animators Gathering (SYNAG) held at Don Bosco Academy Mabalacat on August 22.
Among those who took part were leaders and animators from Don Bosco Technical Institute of Makati, including the KOA President, Animators (Elementary and Junior High School), and the Brother-in-Charge (Institutional KOA Animator), along with fellow members and animators from different sodalities.
More than a gathering, SYNAG became an opportunity for young leaders and their companions to step away from their usual routines, meet fellow Salesians, exchange experiences, and be reminded of why they choose to serve.
In the conversations, activities, and simple moments shared throughout the day, one thing became clear: animation is not only about leading programsโit is about being present, listening, accompanying, and growing with one another.
As Salesian youth and animators, they return to their communities carrying new experiences, strengthened friendships, and a renewed desire to serve with the heart of Don Bosco. ๐ค๐
