What a blessed Family Day celebration with the NewLife family! This Sunday we were reminded that family was God's very first institution, created to love, honor, and serve Him together.

We learned that God established family in two ways: our household family, bound by covenant (Genesis 2:24), and our spiritual family, the household of God, where everyone who does the Father's will becomes our brother, sister, and mother (Matthew 12:48–50, Ephesians 2:19).

We also looked at the God-given roles within the home: parents who guide and teach, children who honor and respect, and spouses who love and keep their covenant. A strong family matters because it reflects God's heart, it's where His Word is lived out daily, and it's the foundation of both society and the church.

So how do we keep our families strong and growing in today's world? 💛
✅ Make time for one another
✅ Practice forgiveness and acceptance
✅ Stay connected to your church community
