3 TYPES OF RELIABLE PEOPLE IN EVERY CHURCH💯

Leaders, if you don’t know the difference, you’ll frustrate them—or they’ll frustrate you.

1️⃣ THE SEAT WARMER – They love your preaching and the culture of your church. They show up every Sunday, tithe faithfully, and will die in your church. Their kids will get married there, and they will always be supportive. But they are not called to lead. If you try to push them into leadership, they’ll leave. Let them be faithful members—they are a blessing.✅✅✅

2️⃣ THE GIFTED – These people are just as faithful, but they want to serve and lead. They desire to be trained, developed, and entrusted with responsibility. They carry your heart and vision, but they also have their own calling—whether in prophetic ministry, outreach, or the marketplace. If you treat them like Seat Warmers, they’ll get frustrated and leave.✅✅✅

3️⃣ THE SEASONED – These people come fully aware of their identity and calling. They don’t need to be convinced or discovered—they are ready to be fathered and furthered. They aren’t here to maintain; they are here to multiply. If you limit them, they won’t stay. They need to be equipped in the back office of ministry because they are called to build legacy and be sent.✅✅✅

Every church has these three types. Know them. Discern them. Steward them wisely.
