🎬 COUNTDOWN REELS CHALLENGE
🎯 Theme: TIME'S UP! "Once a Chapter Ends, Another Chapter Begins"
The Countdown Reels Challenge aims to build excitement, unity, creativity, and anticipation among the youth as we count the days toward the fellowship.
📋 I. GUIDELINES
1. Participants
- The competition is open to the four (4) clusters.
- Each cluster must submit one (1) official countdown reel per assigned countdown day.
- Each cluster is encouraged to involve as many youth members as possible.
2. Countdown Concept
Each reel must clearly communicate the number of days remaining before the Youth Fellowship.
Cluster 1: 15 Days to Go!
Cluster 2: 10 Days to Go!
Cluster 3: 5 Days to Go!
Cluster 4: 3 Days to Go!
The exact countdown schedule may be assigned by the organizing committee.
3. Reel Duration
- Maximum: 1 minute
- The reel should be short, energetic, creative, and easy to understand.
4. Required Content
Every reel must include:
✅ Countdown number
✅ Youth Fellowship Theme
✅ October 23–24, 2026
✅ Cluster name/number
✅ A message inviting or encouraging youth to attend
5. Format
- Clear audio and visuals
- MP4 format preferred
- Avoid excessive filters that make text difficult to read.
6. Originality
- Content must be created by the participating cluster.
- Participants may use music, transitions, graphics, and other creative elements as long as they have permission to use them.
- Do not copy another cluster's concept directly.
7. Christian Values
- Content should be respectful, wholesome, and appropriate for a Christian youth event.
8. Submission
Each reel must be submitted to GDrive:

Late submissions may receive a corresponding deduction, depending on the decision of the organizing committee.
