Stop Magnifying the Spirit of Su***de and Depression

It’s time to stop glorifying pain and start magnifying hope.

We may be surrounded by darkness, but remember, darkness cannot win where there is Light.

Stop magnifying the spirit of su***de and depression.

Don’t let the enemy convince you that your story ends in despair. Your pain is not your identity — it’s a season, not your destination.

Yes, depression is real. Yes, struggles are heavy. But God’s power is greater. His love still reaches the deepest pits of hopelessness.

Instead of feeding fear, let’s speak life.
Instead of spreading despair, let’s share hope.
Instead of magnifying pain, let’s magnify Jesus, the Healer, the Restorer, the Giver of peace.
🕊️

When we choose to focus on Christ, we begin to see that every wound can turn into a testimony, every tear into a lesson, and every broken heart into a vessel of grace.

Stop magnifying su***de and depression.
Start magnifying the One who brings healing and life, Jesus Christ.

Thank You, Lord, for setting me free. 🙏

Three different earthquakes. Three different places. Almost same number of the time it happened. Is there a message behind the numbers?

In the Bible, the number 10 often symbolizes completion, divine order, and God’s authority. Remember the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1–17), given by God to guide His people to live rightly before Him. The ten virgins (Matthew 25:1–13) in Jesus’ parable remind us to always be ready, to keep our lamps burning.

And, Jeremiah 10:10, "But the LORD is the true God; he is the living God, the eternal King. When he is angry, the earth trembles; the nations cannot endure his wrath."

I believe, this is a reminder of God, as if He says “Wake up. Return to Me. Be ready. The world may shake, but My Word remains unshaken.”

The ground may shake, but our faith must not be.

When our Lord Jesus says, “From the fullness of the heart the mouth speaks,” He is teaching that our words reveal what is really inside us—our thoughts, desires, attitudes, and spiritual condition.

So, if someone’s heart is full of goodness, love, and faith, it naturally shows in their words—kindness, encouragement, truth.

But if someone’s heart is full of anger, bitterness or pride (ego), those things will eventually come out in speech—through lies, gossip, insults, or harmful words.

In short, our Lord Jesus is reminding us that OUR WORDS ARE A MIRROR OF OUR HEARTS. That’s why He warns us to guard our hearts and let them be filled with God’s Spirit, so that what flows out of our mouths gives life and not harm.

As soil dries, roots grow deeper to find a water source. ⁣In extreme conditions, the roots draw closer to what will ultimately sustain them. ⁣As we grow deeper roots in Him in our extreme conditions, our intake of Him fulfills and sustains us. ⁣In the midst of our pain and suffering God is asking us to trust Him, we need to trust Him and to believe the truth that this pain and suffering will never be wasted. His glory is in it, and He is using it all for His glory according to His plans.

Photoshop of the day - My sheep hear My voice

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. (John 10:27-28)
