HUWAG MO NANG IPAGDASAL ANG PATAY—IPAGDASAL MO SIYA HABANG BUHAY PA.

Ito ang uncomfortable truth na ayaw nating pag-usapan:

Kapag namatay na ang tao, hindi na prayer ang kailangan niya para makapagdesisyon para kay Cristo.

Hebrews 9:27 says:

“It is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment.”

Death comes. Then judgment.

Hindi sinabi ng Bible na:

“Mamatay muna siya, pagkatapos ay ipagdasal ninyo para mabago ang kanyang eternal destiny.”

Kung ang tao ay hindi nagkaroon ng faith and repentance habang nabubuhay, hindi natin kayang gawin iyon para sa kanya pagkatapos niyang mamatay.

Hindi mo kayang magsisi para sa kanya.

Hindi mo kayang manampalataya para sa kanya.

Hindi mo kayang tanggapin si Cristo para sa kanya.

At lalong hindi mo kayang baguhin ang desisyon ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ng dami ng dasal pagkatapos ng kamatayan.

Ito ang masakit:

Minsan, ginagamit natin ang prayer for the dead para maibsan ang guilt ng mga naiwan.

“Ipagdasal natin siya.”

Pero ang tanong na mas dapat nating itanong ay:

“Habang buhay siya, naipakita ba natin sa kanya ang Gospel?”

Habang buhay siya, inanyayahan ba natin siyang lumapit kay Jesus?

Habang buhay siya, tinuruan ba natin siyang magsisi at manampalataya?

Dahil kapag nasa kabaong na siya—

hindi na siya makakapagsisi.
Hindi na siya makakapagdesisyon.
Hindi na siya makakapagsabi ng “Jesus, I surrender.”

KAYA HUWAG NATING IPAGPALIT ANG GOSPEL SA RITUAL.

Hindi candles ang salvation.

Hindi rosary ang salvation.

Hindi funeral prayer ang salvation.

Hindi dami ng dasal ng mga naiwan ang salvation.

CHRIST IS THE SAVIOR.

Ephesians 2:8–9 reminds us that salvation is by grace through faith—not something we accomplish through religious works.

Kaya kung talagang mahal mo ang pamilya mo—

Huwag mong hintayin ang libing bago ka manalangin para sa kanilang kaligtasan.

Pray while they are alive.

Preach while they can still hear.

Correct while they can still change.

Invite them to Jesus while they can still respond.

Dahil darating ang araw na hindi na sila makakasagot sa invitation.

Ang oras para dalhin ang tao kay Cristo ay HINDI kapag nakahimlay na siya.

NGAYON.

Habang humihinga pa siya.

Habang may pagkakata pa siyang magsisi.

Habang may pagkakata pa siyang manampalataya.

Huwag mong hintayin ang kabaong para gawin ang dapat mong ginawa noong may buhay pa siya.

It's possible to preach...
Lead worship...
Serve every Sunday...
Attend every church event...
Lead a small group...
And still be spiritually dry.

Because ministry can become a substitute for intimacy if we're not careful.

We become so busy serving God...
That we slowly stop spending time with God.

Jesus said in John 15:5, "I am the vine, you are the branches... apart from Me you can do nothing."

Notice what Jesus emphasized.

Not activity. Abiding.

Because fruit doesn't come from working harder.

It comes from staying connected to the Vine.

Minsan ang calendar natin puno ng ministry.
Pero ang puso natin walang private time with Jesus.

We prepare messages...
But forget to let God's Word first speak to us.

We pray in public...
But neglect prayer in private.

We encourage others...
While our own souls quietly grow weary.

The greatest danger isn't that you'll stop serving. It's that you'll keep serving after you've stopped abiding.

Remember Martha.
She was busy serving Jesus.
Mary simply sat at His feet.

Jesus didn't rebuke Martha for serving.

He reminded her that she had become distracted by many things, while Mary had chosen what was better (Luke 10:38-42).

Ministry is beautiful.
But it was never meant to replace your relationship with Christ.

Your first calling is not to lead.
It's to love Jesus.
Not to perform.
But to remain.

Because people may applaud your ministry...
While your soul quietly longs for His presence.

So before you ask,
"What can I do for God today?"

Ask,
"Have I been with God today?"

Never let your public service become greater than your private surrender.

Serve from a full heart, not an empty one.
Minister from overflow, not exhaustion.

Because God isn't simply looking for available hands. He's looking for surrendered hearts.

At the end of the day, Jesus won't be impressed by how busy you were. He desires that you know Him—and walk closely with Him.

Because you can be busy in ministry...
And still be far from Jesus.

But one moment at His feet can accomplish more than a thousand moments of striving.

RAINBOW IS A SIGN OF GOD'S COVENANT, NOT OF MAN'S PRIDE.

Bago pa man ito gamitin ng anumang movement o ideology, may kahulugan na ang rainbow na ibinigay mismo ng Diyos. Sa Bible, ang bahaghari ay hindi simbolo ng pride, kundi paalala ng covenant, faithfulness, at mercy ng Diyos sa sangkatauhan.

Hindi ang kultura ang nagbibigay ng kahulugan sa rainbow. God already did. At bilang mga Kristiyano, pinipili nating manindigan sa kung ano ang malinaw na itinuturo ng Kanyang Salita.

We can love people genuinely while remaining faithful to biblical truth. At sa tuwing makakakita tayo ng bahaghari, nawa'y maalala natin hindi ang pride ng tao, kundi ang pangako ng Diyos.

“I have set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.” — Genesis 9:13
