Running Together for Faith: The GKK IKP Taira Fun Run 2026

On June 21, 2026, the community of Prk. 6, Taira, Anibongan came together for a meaningful and exciting Fun Run.

The event was more than just a morning run—it was a symbol of unity, faith, and generosity. Participants of all ages joined the activity, showing their support for the church and its mission. Laughter, energy, and enthusiasm filled the streets as everyone ran with one purpose: to help raise funds for the church's upcoming projects.

Last May 8, 2026, the community of IKP Taira joyfully celebrated the Commissioning Renewal and Blessing of the new Altar Servers and Lilies of the Altar. It was presided by Fr. John Kristoffer Nalam, who officially blessed and welcomed the new members as young servants of the Church.

It was a meaningful and memorable moment as the altar servers renewed their commitment to serve with faith, discipline, and humility. At the same time, the new members were warmly accepted into their ministry, ready to dedicate their time and hearts in serving God and the community.

May this new journey inspire them to continue serving with love, responsibility, and strong faith as faithful servants of the altar. 🙏✨

Spent the day with these kids preparing for Flores de Mayo, filled with laughter, music, and other activities. Big thanks to Nanay Minda, Nanay Jean, Kuya CJ, and Ate Jerel for guiding and taking care of everyone throughout the session.

The kids were so active, happy, and eager to learn made everything worth it. Their smiles truly brightened the day and made the experience even more memorable.🙏🤍
