RULES AND GUIDELINES

FAITH • FUN • FITNESS: Church Fun Run 2026

Organized by KKB & YAN
Jesus Is Lord Church

To ensure a safe, fun, and orderly event for everyone, all participants are encouraged to follow the rules and guidelines below:

1. Registration

• All participants must register before the start of the event.
• The registration fee is ₱100, which includes light snacks, race bib, and raffle entry.
• Participants must wear their race bib at all times during the run.

2. Event Schedule

• Registration: 4:00 AM
• Start of Run: 5:00 AM
• Participants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.

3. Route and Finish Line

• The Fun Run will start and end at the Jesus Is Lord Church, San Vicente, Macabebe.
• The route will pass through the following barangays:

• San Vicente
• San Francisco
• San Isidro
• Sta. Rita
Participants must follow the designated route and instructions from event marshals and volunteers.

4. Safety Guidelines

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of participating in the run.
• Always follow traffic marshals, organizers, and safety personnel.
• Stay on the designated running path.
• Running responsibly and safely is highly encouraged.
• If you feel dizzy, tired, or unwell, stop and inform the nearest marshal or volunteer immediately.

5. Health Responsibility

• Participants are encouraged to hydrate properly before and after the run.
• Participants with medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining.
• First aid assistance will be available during the event.

6. Minors / Underage Participants

• Participants below 18 years old must submit a signed parental consent form.
• Parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany younger participants.

7. Sportsmanship and Conduct

• All participants must demonstrate respect, discipline, and good sportsmanship.
• Any form of unsafe behavior, pushing, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Follow instructions from the event organizers and volunteers.

8. Environmental Responsibility

• Please keep the route clean.
• Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
• Let us protect our community while enjoying the event.

9. Liability Waiver

By joining the event, participants acknowledge that the organizers and volunteers of the event, including the KKB and YAN Ministries of the Jesus Is Lord Church Macabebe, will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur before, during, or after the activity.

10. Event Spirit

This event promotes faith, unity, and healthy living. Let us run with joy and encourage one another as we live out the theme:

Sa dilim ng gabi, may liwanag na naghihintay—an invitation to pause, reflect, and encounter the love that never fails. KKB x YAN Macabebe, Tagpuan: Sa Lilim ng Krus is just around the corner! From 5PM ‘til 6AM, we’re calling all youth and young adults to gather in one spirit, one heart, and one purpose this Thursday, April 17, 2025.

This is not just a simple event. It’s not just a gathering. It’s a sacred moment—where worship flows freely, prayers are lifted boldly, hearts are opened, and lives can be changed. A divine appointment beneath the shadow of the Cross, where we lay down our burdens and receive His peace.

Since it’s Holy Week, we’ll also take this time to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice, remember the power of the Cross, and realign our hearts with His purpose. Let’s journey together in reverence, repentance, and renewal.

Don’t miss what God has prepared for you. Come as you are, and let this night be the beginning of something new—deeper faith, stronger hope, and a heart fully alive in Him.
