THE GREATEST FEAST
Easter Sunday
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish- Baliangao

Easter Sunday is the greatest feast of our faith because it proclaims the victory of life over death.
—————-

When the women came to the tomb, they expected to find a body—but instead, they found an empty tomb and a living hope.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ reminds us that:

1. No darkness has the final word.

Even at rock bottom, there is still hope. Do not despair.
In your darkest moment, God is closest to you—holding you, lifting you, and guiding you toward the light.

No problem is too heavy, no pain too deep, that God cannot redeem.
Hold on. Trust. This is not the end of your story.

Rise again—hope is alive. Alleluia.

2. No sin has the final word.

Sinners are always given a chance. But the real question is:
Are you willing to give your loved one a second chance in your life?

Forgiveness is not easy—it asks for humility, courage, and love.
But just as God never gives up on us, we are invited to never give up on others.

A second chance does not erase the past, but it opens the door to healing and a new beginning.
Love again. Trust wisely. Forgive sincerely.

For in giving others a chance, we reflect the mercy we ourselves receive.

3. No suffering has the final word.

When we suffer—through sickness, problems, or even the loss of a loved one—it reminds us that we are alive.

Pain is not meaningless. It is often the place where love is proven, faith is tested, and hope is born. If we feel sorrow, it is because we have loved. If we struggle, it is because we are still journeying.

So do not lose heart. Even in suffering, there is life.
Even in tears, there is grace.
Even in darkness, there is a promise of light.

To suffer is human—but to endure with faith is to truly live.
————-
God always brings new life.

Today, we are invited not just to celebrate, but to live as Easter people of hope, courage, and joy.

Christ is alive—and because He lives, we too shall live. Alleluia!

Happy Easter Kaparokya!

Rejoice! 🌅✝️ Christ is risen!

On this joyful Easter Sunday, the Church is filled with hope and new life, made even more beautiful by the voices of our little angels singing in praise. Their songs echo the triumph of the Resurrection; pure, joyful, and full of faith.

As we celebrate the Risen Christ, may our hearts be renewed with the same innocence, joy, and hope they share. Alleluia! 🙏✨

In the quiet and sacred stillness of Black Saturday, the Church gathers in prayerful waiting, reflecting on the mystery of Christ in the tomb.

Through the Blessing of Fire and Water, we are reminded that even in darkness, God is already preparing new life. The light of the Paschal candle breaks the night, symbolizing hope, renewal, and the promise of the Resurrection.

As we journey from silence to light, may our hearts be renewed in faith and filled with the joy of new beginnings. ✨✝️🙏

In solemn remembrance of Christ’s passion, the faithful gathered for the Siete Palabras, reflecting on His final words of love and sacrifice.
With deep reverence, we honored the Veneration of the Cross, embracing the symbol of our salvation.

The sacred procession of San Pedro, the Santo Entierro (Dead Jesus Christ), and Nuestra Señora de los Dolores (Dolorosa) filled the day with prayer, silence, and devotion.

A powerful witness of faith, hope, and love in this holy season. ✝️🙏

Walking with Christ, step by step, through the Stations of the Cross; a journey of sacrifice, love, and redemption.

In every fall, we see our weakness.
In every rise, we find His mercy.
In every station, we are reminded that we are never alone in our suffering.

May this sacred walk lead us closer to His heart and deepen our faith this Lenten season. ✝️🙏

In the solemn celebration of Holy Thursday, the faithful of Mount Carmel Parish gathered to remember the Last Supper—a powerful reminder of love, humility, and service.

Through the Washing of the Feet, we witnessed Christ’s call to serve with compassion and selflessness, drawing us closer to Him in the Eucharist.

As we enter the Paschal Triduum, may we carry His spirit of humble and faithful service in our lives. ✝️🙏
