The participants were blessed to learn from the speakers: Rev. Ervin Cutamora Catigan, who shared insights on Youth in Missionary Discipleship: The Role of the Youth in the Church; Dr. Jerome Paler, who spoke on Vocation and Family Life; and Ms. Mitzi Lao Dizon, who discussed Mental Health and Spirituality. Each talk was followed by workshops that allowed participants to reflect, engage, and deepen their understanding of the topics presented.

Through these sessions, the participants were reminded of their important role as young people in the Church, the value of responding to God's call in their lives, and the need to nurture both their spiritual and mental well-being.

As the theme reminds everyone, โ€œTake courage; I have overcome the worldโ€ (John 16:33). May the participants continue to face life's challenges with faith, hope, and courage, trusting in Christ's victory.

With the theme, โ€œTake courage, I have overcome the worldโ€ (John 16:33), Parish Youth Day 2026 formally began with the arrival and registration of delegates from the parishโ€™s 16 chapels.

Participants took part in animation activities that fostered fellowship and unity among the youth. The evening concluded with a Taizรฉ Prayer, providing a meaningful opportunity for reflection and spiritual preparation for the days ahead.

May this gathering inspire every young person to place their trust in Christ and courageously live out their faith.
