DUAW PEDRO SA MAASIN | The youth members of the Assumption Vicariate organized “Gabii sa Pagpasidungog,” a tribute to the life and legacy of the Visayan Patron, St. Pedro Calungsod.

Last night, September 24, 2026, the youth from the Pacu Vicariate gathered at Maasin Cathedral for a meaningful encounter with the pilgrim image of San Pedro Calungsod from the Cebu Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Pedro Calungsod.

More than just a visit, Duaw Pedro became an opportunity for the youth to listen, reflect, and rediscover the life of a young saint who chose to serve God with courage and faith.

San Pedro Calungsod reminds us that you are never too young to answer God’s call. His life challenges today’s youth to use their gifts, courage, and passion in serving the Lord and His people.

Youth is not a reason to wait—it is an invitation to serve.
