𝗖𝝾𝗿𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆!

On June 7, 2026, we celebrated Corpus Christi Sunday, a beautiful reminder of Jesus' deep and endless love for us through His Body and Blood in the Holy Eucharist. In every Mass, He is truly present, reaching out to us, strengthening us, and walking with us in our daily lives.

Grateful hearts go out to Rev. Fr. Dave D. Bao for celebrating the Holy Mass with us and for sharing words that truly touched our hearts. Thank you for guiding us and helping us feel the true meaning of this special day.

To everyone who supported us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As the newly formed Sentro Lika Youth, this was our very first sponsorship, and seeing it become successful means so much to us. This moment reminds us that when we come together in faith, beautiful things can happen.

We also extend our warm greetings to those celebrating their birthdays this month of June and to couples celebrating their wedding anniversaries, especially on this first Sunday of June. May God continue to bless your lives, strengthen your families, and fill your hearts with love and joy.

This is only the beginning of our journey. May we continue to grow, serve, and walk together with Christ.

𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱): 𝗚𝗞𝗞 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝝾𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝝞𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝝾𝗻 𝝾𝗳 𝝢𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝝾𝗿𝘀 ✨

On 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, The 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗚𝗞𝗞-𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗮 gathered at Sta. Teresita de Niño Parish-Mlang, to celebrate 𝗚𝗞𝗞 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and the 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱). The Holy Mass began at 8:00 AM and was presided over by 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖. 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗗𝗖𝗞.

The celebration brought together members of different GKKs in prayer, thanksgiving, and fellowship.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the installation of new lectors who willingly answered God's call to serve in the ministry of proclaiming the Word of God to nourish the hearts and faith of the people gathered in the assembly.

Let us all welcome the newly installed lectors of District 1 who have committed themselves to become one part of the church in serving the Lord and His Church:

Today, 𝓜𝓪𝔂 24, 2026, the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 gathered in faith and fellowship to celebrate the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡. We are deeply grateful to have shared this holy Eucharistic celebration with our spiritual father, 𝑹𝒆𝒗. 𝑭𝒓. 𝑱𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒑𝒉 𝑭. 𝑼𝒚, 𝑫𝑪𝑲.

✨ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗡’𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘, 𝗔 𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥’𝗦 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 ✨

Today, our hearts turn first to Mama Mary. Her "Yes" wasn't just a moment in history; it’s the ultimate blueprint for every mother who has ever loved through sacrifice. We ask her to wrap her mantle around every woman today—especially those carrying heavy burdens—offering them her quiet strength and a peace that only a mother truly understands.

Motherhood isn't just about biology; it’s about the soul. It’s a language of care spoken in a million different ways. Today, we hold a special place for:

• The ones who gave us life and have been our anchor since our very first breath.
• The spiritual mothers who prayed us through our darkest nights and kept our faith alive.
• The foster and adoptive moms who proved that "home" is built by a choice to love, not just by blood.
• The lolas and aunties—our second mothers—who provide that extra layer of wisdom and warmth we always need.
• The grieving mothers who carry a love so deep it reaches all the way to heaven. We see your quiet courage today.
• The mother figures—the teachers, neighbors, and friends—who stepped in and filled the gaps with pure, selfless grace.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗱 ✨🫂

On this 6𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, the youth gathered at the altar with hearts full of gratitude to celebrate the 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬 and honor 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲. Prayers were offered for all the mothers, grandmothers, and mother-figures whose faith and love continue to guide us. Our heartfelt thanks to 𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙁𝙧. 𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙥𝙝 𝙁. 𝙐𝙮, 𝘿𝘾𝙆, for presiding over the Eucharist and for reminding us that Christ’s peace is reflected in the selfless love of every mother.
