𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗪𝝾𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝝾𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆✨

On the Fourth Sunday of July, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘇, 𝗗𝗖𝗞, presided over the celebration of the 𝗪𝝾𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝝾𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆.

Today, we honor our grandparents and elderly for the wisdom, love, and lifelong experiences they have generously shared with us. Their presence is a blessing, reminding us that no matter how much time passes, they remain deeply loved, valued, and needed.

In today's Gospel, when God asked Solomon what he desired, Solomon chose 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝝾𝗺. Though he knew he was young, he asked for the ability to distinguish between right and wrong so that he could faithfully serve God's people. Like Solomon, our grandparents and elderly embody wisdom gained through years of experience, perseverance, and faithful living.

May we always cherish our elderly, take time to connect with them, listen to their stories, and reassure them that they are loved, appreciated, and never forgotten.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 ✨🙏

On this 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞, the youth came together at the altar with grateful hearts to celebrate the 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 and commemorate 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲.

Gathered in prayer, we thanked the Lord for the gift of our fathers and father figures. We lifted up petitions for their courage, well-being, and joy, and we remembered with love every sacrifice they give for us each day. In their care and guidance, we see a reflection of God’s faithful love. Today we honor them, and every day after.

Our sincere gratitude to 𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙁𝙧.,, for leading the celebration and for reminding us that the strength of a father mirrors the steadfast love of our Heavenly Father.

𝗖𝝾𝗿𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆!

On June 7, 2026, we celebrated Corpus Christi Sunday, a beautiful reminder of Jesus' deep and endless love for us through His Body and Blood in the Holy Eucharist. In every Mass, He is truly present, reaching out to us, strengthening us, and walking with us in our daily lives.

Grateful hearts go out to Rev. Fr. Dave D. Bao for celebrating the Holy Mass with us and for sharing words that truly touched our hearts. Thank you for guiding us and helping us feel the true meaning of this special day.

To everyone who supported us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As the newly formed Sentro Lika Youth, this was our very first sponsorship, and seeing it become successful means so much to us. This moment reminds us that when we come together in faith, beautiful things can happen.

We also extend our warm greetings to those celebrating their birthdays this month of June and to couples celebrating their wedding anniversaries, especially on this first Sunday of June. May God continue to bless your lives, strengthen your families, and fill your hearts with love and joy.

This is only the beginning of our journey. May we continue to grow, serve, and walk together with Christ.

𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱): 𝗚𝗞𝗞 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝝾𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝝞𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝝾𝗻 𝝾𝗳 𝝢𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝝾𝗿𝘀 ✨

On 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, The 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗚𝗞𝗞-𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗮 gathered at Sta. Teresita de Niño Parish-Mlang, to celebrate 𝗚𝗞𝗞 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and the 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱). The Holy Mass began at 8:00 AM and was presided over by 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖. 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗗𝗖𝗞.

The celebration brought together members of different GKKs in prayer, thanksgiving, and fellowship.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the installation of new lectors who willingly answered God's call to serve in the ministry of proclaiming the Word of God to nourish the hearts and faith of the people gathered in the assembly.
