As we celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven, we also remember and honor the Memorial of St. Tarcisius, the patron saint of Altar Servers.
St. Tarcisius was a young servant of the Church who showed extraordinary courage, faith, and love for the Holy Eucharist. His devotion reminds every Altar Server that serving at the altar is not merely a responsibility, but a sacred ministry rooted in love, reverence, and faithful service to Christ.
May the example of St. Tarcisius inspire all Altar Servers to serve with humble hearts, steadfast faith, and genuine love for the Lord. May we always remember that every time we serve at the altar, we are serving Christ Himself.
