On December 13, 2025 (Saturday), the ๐•๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐•๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌโ€™ ๐‚๐ฅ๐ฎ๐› (๐•๐•๐๐‚) conducted its Community Outreach Program with the ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐  ๐š๐ญ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ of Barangay Wakas, Tayabas City.

The Community Outreach Program captured the true spirit of Christmas, filled with games, songs, Zumba, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Spending time with our elders, sharing stories, smiles, and gifts, reminded us that Christmas is truly about love, generosity, and togetherness.

๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐’๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ข๐š ๐. ๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž, ๐•๐•๐๐‚ ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, shared that Advent invites us to reflect on the true meaning of preparation, and that the best preparation, and the greatest gift, for the celebration of Jesusโ€™ birth at Christmas is a life marked by repentance, conversion of heart and mind, and a genuine change of life in accordance with Gospel values.

We are truly grateful to everyone behind the success of this Community Outreach Program (COP) for the Young at Heart Community of Barangay Wakas, Tayabas City. This meaningful gathering would not have been possible without the dedication, teamwork, and tireless efforts of those who prepared and supported the program. Special thanks to ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐’๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ข๐š ๐. ๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž, our VVPC Moderator, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐„๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐„๐ฌ๐œ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฌ, COP Institutional Coordinator, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‹๐ž๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž, COP Social Worker, the ๐•๐•๐๐‚ ๐‚๐Ž๐ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐“๐ž๐š๐ฆ ๐Ÿ, and all the ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ who worked wholeheartedly to make this day joyful and memorable.

VVPC COP 2025: BEC with the Young at Heart in Brgy. Wakas, Tayabas City

On September 19, 2025, the Vincentian Vocation Promotersโ€™ Club (VVPC) conducted its Community Outreach Program with the Young at Heart community in Brgy. Wakas, Tayabas City.

The gathering was graced with prayer, scripture reflection, and heartfelt sharing, as the young and the elderly came together to offer their intentions and deepen their faith as one family in Christ.

It was a simple yet meaningful encounter that beautifully reminded us: faith knows no age; it grows stronger and richer when shared across generations.

Today, we solemnly commemorate the 83rd Death Anniversary of our beloved Foundress, Hermana Fausta Z. Labrador (1858โ€“1942), a woman of deep faith and unwavering service. Affectionately called โ€œHermana Uta,โ€ she dedicated her life to the mission of education, nurturing both the mind and the spirit.

Her legacy lives on in the SHC family, reminding us to remain steadfast in our love for God, our commitment to service, and our compassion for others.

Celebrating the Feast of St. Louise de Marillac, the Vincentian Vocation Promoters Club (VVPC) joyfully reached out to the elders of Brgy. Wakas through a meaningful community outreach.

We shared stories of faith, donated an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary and rosaries for their Visita Domicilaria, and reflected on the life of St. Louise and Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

The day ended with a beautiful conversation on promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Both elders and youth pledged their prayers for more young people to courageously respond to God's call.
