“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.”
— Psalm 103:8–14

David wrote this psalm as a reminder of God’s mercy and faithful love. Even in our weakness and failures, God responds with compassion—not condemnation.

Today, choose to rest in His grace.
Choose to remember that you are deeply known and deeply loved by God.

Reflect:
• Have I taken God’s love and grace for granted?
• What comes to mind when I see God as a loving Father?
• How does it comfort me knowing God understands my struggles?

Choose grace. Choose surrender. Choose to trust His compassionate love.

God knows your weaknesses, your battles, and the weight you carry—and still, He loves you completely. In Him, there is mercy for every season.

Brothers, sisters and friends, we’d love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

Last Sunday, we celebrated the wonderful mothers of all kinds — mothers to children, mothers in spirit, and women whose love, care, and guidance have nurtured the lives of many.

It was a simple yet meaningful time of honoring the love, strength, sacrifices, and faithful hearts of all the moms who continue to inspire our families and our church community. Thank you for every prayer, encouragement, and act of love you so selflessly give.

“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised." Proverbs 31:29-30

Today, choose to walk in the new life Christ has given you.
Not bound by sin—but made free through His grace.

Friends, brothers and sisters, we are no longer slaves to sin but servants of righteousness. Through Jesus, our old self is gone, and a new life has begun. Walk daily in the freedom and obedience that lead to life.

Church family and dear friends, we’d love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours. — Isaiah 61:7

Today, choose to embrace God’s promise.
Not just remembering the past—but believing in His restoration.

Friends, brothers and sisters, God sees every pain, every loss, and every hidden struggle. Yet His promise remains: you are not forgotten. What was broken can be restored—doubled with grace, filled with joy.

Reflection Questions
1. What "shame" or "disgrace" from my past do you need to finally let go?
2. What would receiving a "double portion" of grace and favor look like in your life right now?
3. How would you act today if I truly believed that “everlasting joy will be yours”?

Let this be a reminder that our story does not end in shame, but in restoration. As we continue walking in faith, let us encourage one another, grow deeper in His Word, and invite others to experience this everlasting joy with us.

Brothers, sisters and friends we’d love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

Choose Day

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” — Ezekiel 36:26

Today, choose surrender.
Let God replace your old desires with a heart that is soft and responsive to Him.

A new heart is a daily choice—choosing grace over pride, forgiveness over bitterness, and trust over control. It’s not about perfection, but allowing God to transform you step by step. ~ A life of daily transformations.

Reflection:
1. Am I truly allowing God to replace my old desires, or am I still holding on to them?
2. What would a "new heart and new spirit" look like in my relationships, decisions, and attitudes this week?
3. What areas of my life still reflect a "heart of stone" - resistant, hard, or unresponsive to God?

God is not just changing your situation—He is changing you from the inside out. And in Him, there is always hope.

Brothers, sisters and friends we’d love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” — Galatians 5:25

Some days, walking with God feels natural. Other days, if we’re honest, we forget. We go through our routines, make decisions on our own, and only realize later that we didn’t even pause to invite Him in.

But we are reminded: we don’t just visit God’s presence—we live by His Spirit.

Walking with the Spirit isn’t about perfection, but intention. It’s choosing daily—even on the hard, unmotivated days—to stay close, to listen, and to surrender. Even when we stumble, God meets us with grace and gently leads us back into His way.

Reflection:
1. What would a "steady walk" with the Spirit look like for me starting today?
2. Am I walking with God only in certain moments, or consistently every day?
3. In what areas of my life am I out of step with the Spirit right now?

^^ Lord, teach me to walk in step with Your Spirit daily. Help me to rely on You, not on my own strength. Shape my life to reflect You in all that I do. Amen.

Brothers, sisters and friends we'd love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

Choose Day

“Set your hearts on things above, not on earthly things, for your life is hidden with Christ in God, and Christ is your life.” — Colossians 3:1–4

Life is full of distractions—situations, people’s responses, and daily pressures, especially at work. It’s easy to lose focus and react in worldly ways.

But we are reminded: our life is in Christ.

Setting our hearts and minds on Him is a daily practice—choosing to return to His Word, to respond with grace, and to think like Jesus even in difficult moments. As we do, our perspective changes, and we begin to reflect Him more.

Reflect:
• What earthly things are distracting your heart and mind?
• What makes it hard to let go of them?
• What is one change God is prompting you to make today?

^^ Lord, help me to fix my heart and mind on You. Teach me to respond like Jesus in every situation. Amen.

Brothers, sisters and friends we'd love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

Choose to trust that God is working through every struggle.

Reflect:
• How has God used past struggles to shape me?
• Can I see purpose even in suffering?
• How can I encourage someone going through a trial? Brothers, sisters and friends we'd love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.

“Continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Christ…”
— Colossians 2:6–7

Today, choose to stay rooted.
Not just believing—but walking with Him daily.

Reflect:
• Am I truly living in Christ each day?
• How am I growing my faith intentionally?
• What’s holding me back from walking with Him consistently?

Friends, brothers and sisters we'd love to have you journey with us in this spiritual formation.
