Before the Summer Ends

The Youth and Family Ministry gathered at Bellfarm, Tayabas, Quezon for a meaningful time of worship, bonding, and fellowship with families and friends.

It was a beautiful reminder of the blessing of being part of God’s family.

During the response time, couples prayed together, and parents prayed with their children — a heartfelt moment of love, faith, and unity.

Even under the drizzle of rain, songs of worship were lifted with joyful hearts. The fellowship continued as each family shared food prepared and brought with love.

We may not all be related by blood, but in Christ, we are bound by something greater — the blood of Jesus and the Spirit that unites us as one family.

A taste of fellowship, fun, and faith!

The Youth and Singles Ministry of ICOC Quezon recently came together for a Mercato-inspired activity, bringing the feel of a lively Lucena street food experience to life. Each group prepared their own kiosk or food stand, from pizza corners to coffee booths and more, creating a fun space for creativity, teamwork, and connection.

We were also grateful to welcome friends who joined us and shared in the joy of the day. More than the food and booths, it was a meaningful time of building friendships, strengthening bonds, and enjoying fellowship as one spiritual family.

Choose Day! 🌿

“Live in peace with each other... encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:12–15

In his letter to the church in Thessalonica, Paul reminds believers that a healthy spiritual community is built on respect, encouragement, patience, and doing good to others—even when it's difficult.

Today, choose to be a source of peace.
Choose encouragement over criticism.
Choose kindness over retaliation.

💭 Reflect:
• How am I helping build peace in my family, church, or community?
• Who has encouraged or corrected me in a way that helped me grow?
• Does my life reflect a commitment to do good for others?

Choose peace. Choose encouragement. Choose what is good.

When we care for one another with patience and love, we reflect the heart of Christ and strengthen the community God has called us to build.

David wrote this psalm as a reminder of God’s mercy and faithful love. Even in our weakness and failures, God responds with compassion—not condemnation.

Today, choose to rest in His grace.
Choose to remember that you are deeply known and deeply loved by God.

Reflect:
• Have I taken God’s love and grace for granted?
• What comes to mind when I see God as a loving Father?
• How does it comfort me knowing God understands my struggles?

Choose grace. Choose surrender. Choose to trust His compassionate love.

God knows your weaknesses, your battles, and the weight you carry—and still, He loves you completely. In Him, there is mercy for every season.
