Ezekiel 31:10-11

Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because the great cedar towered over the thick foliage, and because it was proud of its height, I gave it into the hands of the ruler of the nations, for him to deal with according to its wickedness. I cast it aside,

Ezekiel 31:10 reminds us that pride can make us forget the One who strengthens us. God warns that when we lift ourselves too high, we lose the firm foundation He provides. Today, let’s choose humility, remembering that every blessing comes from Him and that staying rooted in God keeps us steady and safe.

Prayer:
Lord, keep our heart humble and our spirit grounded in You. Help us depend on Your strength and not our own. Guide our steps and let our life honor You. In Jesus name, Amen.
