Anchored Labor: Work as Worship and Mission

Colossians 3:23-24
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

3 Motivations for Godly Work

I. Right Attitude
Whatever work we do, we should do it wholeheartedly, not just to please people, but because we are serving the Lord.

II. Right Aim
Our goal should not simply be to gain people's approval. We work to please God because it is the Lord Christ whom we serve.

III. Right Assurance
Our hard work is never unseen by God. He promises a reward, and our ultimate service is to Christ.

Psalm 51

Revival doesn't begin around usโ€”it begins ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง us.

If our love for God has grown cold, if His Word no longer stirs our hearts, if prayer has become a routine, or if we've quietly drifted away from serving Him, perhaps what we need isn't something newโ€”we need ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ.

Psalm 51 reminds us that God lovingly calls us back. He is always ready to restore those who come to Him with humble and repentant hearts. - Commitment to God's Word, fellowship, the Lord's Table, prayer, and worship.
- Care for one another through generosity, unity, and Christlike love.
- Growth as God saves souls and His people faithfully proclaim the Gospel.
