Sacrificial, infinite, exemplary, magnificent- words that can barely define just how profound and divine God's love is for us. Love is a rather complicated matter when it comes to us humans, but with God, it is just pure genuinity and truth. While many claim to be devoted to God, some still lack the understanding as to why they feel that way towards Him. We do not love Him alike to how we adore others as that would be deemed unworthy and lacking- the love we have for him is brought about by the love of Jesus Christ that was given to us upon our acceptance and belief in Him. It stems from the love that He has first given to us and through the love that he showed, we gradually learned ourselves. Our love is also a product of our gratitude upon realizing just how great God's grace and sacrifice is in our lives and whilst our love is ever changing, akin to a roller coaster that changes with whatever circumstances that we are in, we also recognized God's unyielding presence that accompanied us all the way. From the very beginning, even before the world was created, God already has a plan for our lives and it was Him who sought for us, it was Him who gave us His all, it was Him who showed much compassion for our beings and it was Him who made us understand how loving should really be like- selfless and unconditional. The very proof of His love was the blood that Jesus spilled on that cross in Calvary and this love of His lives on with us. Moreover, He does not require much from us to prove our love, he only asks for our devotion and willingness to be part of His ministry, he wants us to strive to have His word shared to many and to grow in our faith and comprehension of His Word. It is inevitable to face instances where we feel overwhelmed and unworthy of His great love but we must be reminded to not be put down by those for we have already been given light as God has already set the path that we must take and we just have to understand and appreciate His love more. A life without God is seemingly a broken compass, where one may feel lost and confused, but if you learn to trust God, you will find your way back to the right direction. Just Imagine life without God, how gruesome would it have been to face the crucial challenges in life alone, when all along there is someone who has always been willing to take you in, to give you love, comfort, shelter and protection. When there is love, what is there to fear? When there is devotion, will there be room for doubt? God hopes and expects that we continuously choose to love Him the same way He loves us. The song The Love of God is such a great example as to how we can attempt to define God's love and with further heart-searching, we can confidently say that the Love of God is indeed greater than whatever one's tongue or pen can ever tell and comprehend and though each of us may perceive it differently, we would always be comforted by the fact is that He has always been there, and He has always loved us dearly and will remain doing so, always and forever.

An empowering verse worthy of constant recollection not only in times of hardship but mostly in every moment of our existence. This verse pertains to the acknowledgment that you can only do much meaningful things if you are under God's guidance and grace. The things that can't be acquired by relying on one's flesh aren't at all impossible with God. As Christians, we must hone our attitude and perception towards obstacles, with regards to how we think of them, how we let them affect us and how we intend to conquer them. In all things, we must always keep in mind that our God is greater than anything crucial this world can throw our way. On instances when you feel like things are getting much harder to handle on your own, ask for his power and you will then marvel upon witnessing how His strength will help you conquer mountains and how he will deliver you day by day. After all, having God's protection and strength brings about contentment and confidence to face any adversary in life unfazed. As followers of Jesus, the obstacles that we encounter as we glorify His name and do His will is without a doubt arduous considering the presence of our enemy but we have to remind ourselves constantly that God will not give us struggles we can't overcome and the only thing we have to do is to have faith in Him and in the strength that He'll provide us. Such realizations would make you look back to the moments when things felt easier to handle after you asked for God's help. God does not coddle us, He allows us to go through much experience in order to grow stronger and closer to Him and it is mostly through trials that we get to understand how much we need Him in our lives. All we need to keep in mind is that every obstacle we've surpassed, every problem we've solved and every experience we've had and learned from is all attributed to God's presence by our side along the way. As the poem/song "Footprints in the sand" mentioned, sometimes we feel as if our problems aren't coming to an end because we focus on their presence therefore neglecting our progress and our problem's regression with the help of God. On those lonely and tough times, there is only one pair of footprint in the sand because it was God who was walking the hard path whilst carrying us. Therefore, if we were to rely only on Jesus at all times, we can therefore claim that it is ONLY through Him who constantly grant us strength that we can do all things.
