✨ A NEW SHEPHERD HAS COME! ✨
After nearly two years of prayerful anticipation, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ipil joyfully welcomes Most Reverend Monsignor Glenn Montebon Corsiga as our new bishop! 🙌

Born on January 21, 1965, in Dumaguete City, Bishop-elect Corsiga brings with him over three decades of dedicated priestly service. He studied philosophy at Saint Joseph Seminary College in Sibulan and theology at the Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay. Ordained in 1993, he has served in various capacities, including parish priest, seminary rector, and vicar general of the Diocese of Dumaguete.

Appointed by Pope Francis on April 14, 2025, Bishop-elect Corsiga succeeds Archbishop Julius Tonel, who was transferred to the Archdiocese of Zamboanga in 2023.
