Rain or shine, God’s work goes on! 🌧️☀️

We greatly rejoice and praise the Lord that our Bible Club Kick-Off last August 13 brought together 46 students, including 20 first-timers.🥹💛 Despite the rain and gloomy skies, we were blessed with students who showed up, connected, and most importantly, had the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.

To everyone who joined us, especially our 20 first-timers, thank you for spending your Thursday with us! We’re excited for more conversations, friendships, and moments of discovering God’s Word together. 📖✨

The rain may have been pouring, but so were God’s blessings! 🌧️🩵🤍

𝗨𝗣 𝗸𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗴-𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻? ☔👀

Kahit ilang beses pang umulan at ma-cancel ang classes, we were still blessed to welcome students to the Students’ Center for the first twi weeks of the semester.

There were students who came to study, some who stayed to play, others who simply wanted to rest and escape the rain—and, of course, those who came for the free snacks. 😌🍪 Along the way, we got to meet new faces, share conversations, and hopefully make the first few weeks of the semester a little more enjoyable.

“Truth is truth whether you believe it or not. And the truth is that one day, we will all stand before our Creator God and face Him as Judge. The only way for us to escape His wrath and enter His kingdom is not through our own merit, good works, or righteousness, but through the merit of another—Jesus Christ, who lived the life that we could never live, died the death that we deserved, and rose again on the third day. Our hope is not in ourselves, but in Christ and what He has accomplished for us.”

This was the powerful reminder shared by our speaker and alumnus, Sir RJ, during our Bible Club Kick-Off last August 13. We were challenged to recognize that our hope does not rest on our own goodness or accomplishments, but solely on the finished work of Jesus Christ. May this truth continually remind us of our need for Christ and the hope we have in Him. ✝️📖

Two decades later, and the bond is as strong as ever! What an amazing time catching up with old friends, reminiscing about our Bible Club days, and celebrating 20 incredible years of God’s unwavering faithfulness with campus ministry.
