KASILAK | The Fluvial Procession is one of the treasured traditions of the Our Lady of Light Shrine Parish - Loon, done a day before the novena in honor of the Blessed Virgin. Upon arriving at the Tulay of Napo, the mananagat traditionally carry the image of Birhen sa Kasilak back to the church, expressing their deep devotion and gratitude to their Holy Mother.
