Keep safe and stay dry our dear Families 🙏🤍

URGENT ADVISORY
5 August 2026

Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Thursday, 6 August 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).

According to the MCDRRMD, the latest weather models and rainfall outlook from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicate significant rainfall tomorrow, with intensity ranging from light to moderate, at times heavy.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁—𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲. ✝️🤍🙌

As we gathered for our Afternoon Worship, 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐘𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨 reminded us that no matter how busy or tiring the day may be, God’s presence is always enough to refresh and strengthen our hearts. 🎶✨ Through every song we sang and every prayer we offered, we were encouraged to fix our eyes on Him and continue serving with joy and passion. 🙏🤍

May this time of worship inspire us to remain faithful, walk closely with Christ, and reflect His love in everything we do. As we continue this journey together, may our hearts always choose to worship Him—not only in song, but through the way we live each day. ❤️✨

And just like that, 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐊 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐃 is in the books! ✨📖

Our journey has truly began. We came in as individuals, but we are already growing As One in Christ. Through every activity, worship, session, and learning moment, God is molding our hearts to become the loving, faithful leaders that the kids need.

As we concluded this weekend 📖 of learning, one truth became clear: being a KFC ROCK Facilitator is not always easy, but by God’s grace every challenge becomes an opportunity 🌱 to love as Christ loves.

For our last session, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐲 reminded us that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱, 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀. We can only do that when our own hearts ❤️ reflect His, filled with compassion 🤲, humility 🌿, patience 🌸, and unconditional love. 🤍

As we continue to serve in our respective mission areas as ROCK facilitators , may we be His hands and feet , planting seeds of faith in His children’s heart 💝through our words 🗣️, actions 🤲, and by leading as an example. Let our hearts transformed by Christ, became living examples of His joy and love to every child and family we encounter.

As ROCK Facilitators, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🌿, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 , 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲. But these moments are also opportunities to reflect Christ to every child and family we serve.

For this workshop 📖, with the help of 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐝, we learned that our calling goes beyond leading activities 🎨. It is about responding with grace, understanding, and a heart rooted in God’s love. When we choose to love as Christ loves, we become instruments 🎶 of His joy and hope. Let us always answer His call with faithful hearts, ready to serve 🤲 with compassion in every situation. ✨
