A pastor spends countless moments pouring into othersโ€”
giving wisdom to the confused,
praying for the broken,
encouraging the discouraged,
and leading the church through seasons both joyful and difficult.

But ministry was never meant to be a one-person journey.

Through his message, Bro. Erwin Calingasan (P12) reminded us that one of the most beautiful ways to appreciate the shepherd God has given us is to help carry the work.

Because the strongest churches are not built by one shepherd carrying everyoneโ€” but by a family of believers willing to carry the mission together. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Behind the pulpit is a pastor who also gets tired.
Behind the sermon is a heart that also carries burdens.
Behind the prayers for others is someone who also needs to be prayed for.

In her message, Ps. Apple Baldivia (P12) reminded us that supporting our pastor is not simply a responsibilityโ€”it is an opportunity to be part of what God is doing through their calling.
