Hue Got This! 🎨

Last April 19, we explored the beautiful spectrum of our emotions through guided reflection and journaling at Hue Got This. Navigating the Spectrum of Your Emotions.

With the help of our speaker, Kristine Joy B. Bautista, RPm, participants learned how honoring every “color” of emotions, rather than brushing them off, helps us become more grounded, self-aware, and emotionally healthy.

From thoughtful discussions to creating personalized journals, it was an afternoon of connection, creativity, and self-care. ✨💭
