Feast of Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina

Today, we honor the life and holiness of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, a humble Capuchin friar chosen by God to be a living witness of prayer, sacrifice, and love. Through his deep devotion to the Eucharist, his gift of spiritual guidance, and his famous reminder — “Pray, hope, and don’t worry. God is merciful and will hear your prayer” — Padre Pio continues to inspire the faithful across the world.

As Scripture reminds us: “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” (James 5:16)

May Padre Pio’s intercession lead us closer to Christ, strengthen our faith, and deepen our trust in God’s providence.

St. Padre Pio, pray for us!

Day 7 of the Novena in Honor of Padre Pio of Pietrelcina 🙏✨

On the seventh day of our novena, we are reminded that true power comes from God alone, and we are called to use it with faith and trustworthiness.

The Holy Mass was presided by Rev. Fr. Paulo Jesus Nazareno, OFMCap, Director of Spiritual Formation at Mary Help of Christians College Seminary, concelebrated with Rev. Fr. Franz M. Atienza, OFMCap.

As Padre Pio lived a life rooted in prayer and obedience, may we also learn to place our trust in God’s power, using the gifts He has entrusted to us with humility, faith, and responsibility. 💒❤️
