LAYM is the coordinating, animating, and collaborating body and liaison of the Ministry for the Youth as one of the eight (8) Pastoral Ministries in the Archdiocese of Lipa, with the youth ministry offices and youth councils in the parishes. It is composed of all ministries, commissions, councils, teams, desks, organizations, movements, centers, and the like pertaining to the Youth and its apostolate in the Archdiocese of Lipa. It particularly caters to the concerns and needs of the youth, youth ministers/leaders and other youth structures of and within the Parish community in order to foster an open and collaborative ministry in a spirit of solidarity and dialogue. VISION - A growing young Batangueño called by the Father to have a personal relationship with Christ and others and to serve the Church and the society following the examples of Mary and St. Joseph guided by the Holy Spirit. MISSION - We, the young pilgrims of Archdiocese of Lipa, commit ourselves to nurture in our lives the values of faith, hope and charity by being Christ-centered and prayerful that will lead to the path of holiness through our service.
