A Blessed Day of Provision and Purpose

A truly blessed day at Jehovah Jireh Baptist Church as we witnessed our very first scholarship distribution! We are deeply humbled to serve as the vessels through which God provides for these bright young souls.

We honor the leadership of our Pastor Jerrymie Marino whose heart for the youth and obedience to the Holy Spirit’s prompting birthed this scholarship program.

We believe that true wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. Therefore, this scholarship program is dedicated to the holistic development of our youth—prioritizing Biblical literacy and spiritual devotion alongside academic achievement. It is our prayer that these young men and women will lead lives that reflect the character of Christ in every field they enter.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our church members who are also the sponsors. Your commitment and generosity have made it possible for these students to pursue their dreams while being rooted in the Word of God.

May Jehovah Jireh, our Great Provider, continue to open the windows of heaven, pouring out the resources, wisdom, and strength required to sustain and expand this mission for years to come. We trust that He who began this good work will be faithful to complete it, ensuring that no student is left behind and that every heart remains centered on Him.

As the year draws to a close, our church family unites in fellowship. There is no better way to end the year than in the company of brothers and sisters in Christ. Our members and leaders stand together in appreciation of the love, growth, and fellowship that defined our journey this year. We have seen prayers answered, lives transformed, and spirits renewed through the teaching of the Word. Every season of the past twelve months—the triumphs and the trials—has served to anchor us deeper in our faith. We testify today that we lacked no good thing because His hand was upon us.

Our hearts are especially full of gratitude for the leadership of Pastor Jerrymie Marino; for his ministry is a profound blessing to every soul in this church. We thank God for a shepherd who leads with such wisdom, humility, and a true servant’s heart.

Dear Beloved Family in Christ,

Today marks a truly momentous occasion! As we celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Jehovah Jireh Baptist Church, our hearts overflow with profound gratitude, thankfulness, and a deep sense of being blessed.

Looking back over these past four years, the truth that sustains us shines brighter than any other: Our God is Jehovah Jireh—The Lord Will Provide. We celebrate His unwavering faithfulness that has sustained us through every single season, challenge, and triumph. Every milestone reached, every life touched, and every prayer answered is a testament to the incredible provision He has poured out upon our church family, from the strength He provided our leaders to the sweet fellowship that nourishes our souls.

We are not only grateful for what we have received, but we are also celebrating our collective, unwavering commitment to the Great Commission—to go and make disciples of all nations. This mission is the very heartbeat of Jehovah Jireh Baptist Church, and we are thankful that God has enabled us to be bold witnesses, living examples of Christ's love, and diligent servants in His vineyard.

As we stand at the threshold of our fifth year, our hearts are filled with hope and anticipation for the years to come. We know that the same faithful God who has provided so graciously will continue to lead and guide us. Let us press on, rooted firmly in God's Word, unified in His Spirit, and passionately pursuing the fulfillment of His purpose for our church.

Our hearts were stirred and faith renewed by the powerful messages delivered by Pastor Albert Sulabo today, during our Revival Sunday, November 30, 2025.

The theme, "God will Provide," resonated deeply, reminding us of God's unchanging faithfulness and provision in every mountain of our lives.

Beyond the message, we are inspired by Pastor Sulabo's call to action: to become instruments of God's provision by supporting the Church Scholarship Assistance Program in 2026. What a privilege to help empower the next generation!

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended and joined in the joyful fellowship extended by Jehovah Jireh Baptist Church. We are continually blessed by the guidance of our Pastor Jerrymie Marino, whose own journey proves that a life founded in faith is a life of purpose.

Our sincerest gratitude also to Pastor Edgardo De La Peña—a leader whose deeply founded faith has blossomed into a profound legacy. On this special day, we, your church family, want to celebrate the remarkable woman, servant, and partner in ministry that you are.

Your faithfulness is a shining light to us all. You do so much behind the scenes and on the front lines, pouring out your heart in devotion to the Lord. We especially celebrate your impactful ministry as a faithful soulwinner and dedicated disciple maker, patiently nurturing the spiritual growth of so many in our congregation. Your commitment as a beloved Sunday school teacher and your sweet voice as a choir member truly enrich our worship and children's spiritual growth.

Thank you for being the pastor's faithful partner and for covering him in prayer and support. We know that your strength and grace are foundational to his own ministry and well-being.

More than a minister, you are a selfless servant and a genuine friend to all. Day 31: A Call for Pastor's Appreciation

Verse: I Timothy 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.

Reflection: Pastor's are counted worthy of double honor. Double honor means abundance of respect and obedience to the Pastor from members of the church.

Pastors deserve thanks.
Once na may nagbigay sa atin automatic tayo'y nagpa- pasalamat. Ang pastor lahat ibinibigay, ito man ay emotional need through counselling siya'y naroon, spiritual need through prayers at kahit sa financial aspect. Ang pastor ay karapat-dapat sa pasasalamat. I Thessalonians 5:12

Pastors deserve respect.
Hindi sila inilagay ng tao, manapa'y isang Diyos na banal ang tumawag sa kanila, kung iginagalang natin ang mga nanunungkulan sa bayan ay lalo't higit ang mga lingkod ng Diyos na nagpapagal sa pangangaral ng Salita ng Diyos. Ibigay natin sa kanila ang mataas na respeto at paggalang.

Pastors deserve obedience.
Hebrews 13:17 Ang batas ng pastor ay batas ng Diyos, ito'y ang Biblia. Walang Ibang hangarin ang mga pastor, mga totoong lingkod ng Diyos kundi gampanan ang ipinagkatiwala ng Diyos sa kanila. Sundin natin sila upang tayo'y maging katuwang sa pagsulong my gawain my Panginoon. We are commanded by God to obey them. Obey them with love.

Prayer: Dakilang Diyos na mapagpala, maraming salamat po sa pastor na ibinigay Nyo sa amin, pastor na iniwan ang mga pangarap upang sundin ang Inyong panawagan. Ang aking dalangin Oh Diyos ang karunungan na nagmumula sa Inyo ay huwag iwalay sa aming pastor upang sa lahat ng kanyang desisyon ay nakapaloob doon ang Inyong kalooban. Tulungan Nyo po kami bilang isang iglesia in maging katuwang ng pastor sa inyong gawain. Ingatan Nyo po ang aming pastor ilayo siya sa masasamang loob. Pagpalain Nyo po ang kanyang paglilingkod sa Inyo lagi umasa at magtiwala. Ito po ang aking dalangin, sa pangalan ng Panginoong Jesukristo. AMEN.

Araw 30: Paggalang sa Ating Pastor at Mabuting Pinuno

Talata: 1 Timoteo 5:17 Ang mga matanda na namumuno nang mabuti ay ariing karapat-dapat sa ibayong kapurihan, lalo na ang mga nagpapagal sa pangangaral at pagtuturo.

Pagbubulay:

“Ang Pastor na Hindi Napagod”

Isang araw, napansin ni Liza na pagod na pagod ang kanilang pastor. Halos araw-araw ay bumibisita ito sa mga may sakit, nagtuturo sa mga bata, at nagdarasal para sa mga miyembro ng simbahan.
Minsan ay tinanong niya, “Pastor, hindi po ba kayo napapagod?”

Ngumiti ang pastor at sinabing, “Oo, anak, napapagod din ako. Pero tuwing nakikita kong lumalago kayo sa pananampalataya, doon ko nararamdaman ang lakas na galing sa Diyos.”

Naiyak si Liza. Naisip niya kung gaano kahirap maging tapat na lingkod ng Panginoon. Mula noon, lagi niyang ipinapanalangin ang kanilang pastor at tinutulungan ito sa mga gawain ng simbahan.

Pagsasabuhay:

Ang mga tunay na lider gaya ng ating mga pastor ay patuloy na naglilingkod kahit sila ay pagod na, dahil sa pag-ibig nila sa Diyos at sa Kanyang mga anak.
Bilang mga mananampalataya, tungkulin nating igalang, ipanalangin, at pasalamatan ang ating mga pastor.

Kapag iginagalang natin sila, ang Diyos mismo ang ating pinararangalan.

Panalangin: Panginoon, salamat po sa aming mga pastor at mga pinunong tapat na naglilingkod sa Iyo. Bigyan Mo po sila ng kalakasan, karunungan, at kagalakan sa bawat araw. Tulungan Mo rin ako na maging mapagpasalamat at matulungin sa kanilang ministeryo. Nawa’y patuloy silang maging liwanag at patnubay sa aming paglilingkod sa Iyo. Sa pangalan ni Jesus, Amen.
