Ministry becomes dangerous when
it becomes Me-nistry.

Ministry is never meant to be about me, my recognition, my popularity, my position, or my accomplishments. It is about Christ, His Church, and His people.

When service becomes a way to seek praise, power, or validation, we can slowly lose sight of the One we were called to serve.

A true minister does not ask, “How many people noticed me?” but rather, “Did my service lead people closer to Jesus?”

May we always remember: we are servants, not celebrities; instruments, not the source; workers in God’s vineyard, not owners of it.

Less of me, more of Christ.
Not Me-nistry, but ministry for God’s glory.

𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆̃Á𝐘 | 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡

A glimpse into the rich history of Lingayen and the early missionary efforts that shaped the Church in Pangasinan.

From the establishment of the Augustinian mission in 1586 to the Dominican-Augustinian Agreement of 1613, Lingayen became an important part of the development of the local Church.

Through Ling̃áy, meaning “𝑡𝑜 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛” or “𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘”, we revisit the stories and heritage that continue to shape the Church of Lingayen-Dagupan.

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲! 💫💙

In spirit of Christian service and stewardship, our Parish Youth Ministry of Epiphany of Our Lord Co-Cathedral recently partnered with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of Lingayen for a coastal clean-up and tree planting activity. Driven by faith and a heart for service, our young leaders actively stepped up to protect and honor Our Common Home.

May our youth continue to inspire us all by shining Christ’s light through practical action and dedicated stewardship. Let us support and keep our young ministry in our prayers as we journey forward together!
